I've said this in another thread, but Totally Spies would be a fun line and really cheap to do since all the main girls share the same body type. You'd just need one mold and could get six characters from it.I'd probably do...>Wave OneSamAlexCloverJerryAnd one of the villains.>Wave TwoBrittanyMandyMeilinZerlinaAnd another villain. If that does well, you could explore doing more based off of specific missions. You could probably get some decent con or retailer exclusives pretty easily fron specific episodes, like Elephant Clover or Fish Alex.I got no idea on playsets, but saving on the body mold costs should mean a shitton of accessories and spy gadgets.

>>11832739>Pretend we're back in the golden age of collecting, ~2008, and include playsets and dioramas.21st Century Toy's last gasp is a M*A*S*H line. The figures are largely superfluous, cobbled mostly from whatever reuse they can get out of their existing mold library, the real effort goes into the 1:18 H-13 medevac helicopter. Maybe a retooling of their Dodge WC-54 into an ambulance variant. As an added blade to the heart, they show prototype photos of the H-13 retooled into a '66 Batcopter.R.I.P., affordable, true 1:18 vehicles.
>>11832739I'd love to see little 1/35 scale articulated plamo based on the Scoobees in Phantom Crash. Fully modular like the actual parts are in the game, and with opening cockpits. It'll never happen 'cuz the game was pretty obscure (though it did get a sequel on the PS2) but it'd be incredibly toyetic. Also really fun game, worth picking up.
>>11832798>>11832841
>>11832739I mentioned this in the Jada thread but I would love a new proper actually good TF2 toyline, perferably Jada since I think they can nail it but really anyone else. Each wave would be easy, you make one of each merc with their weapon, some extra hands, maybe hat or secondary or other item, but also each wave would be 2 RED and 2 BLU, or some other mix>wave one exampleRED Heavy with Sasha and Officer's UshankaRED Scout with Scattergun and BonkBLU Soldier with rocket launcher and gunbootsBLU Demoman with Grenade and Bottlethen for future waves you can mix in other weapons, say you rerelease Demo a third time but this time with his Demoknight loadout, or maybe make a Demo deluxe pack with his stock and unlock weapons, hell you can throw in comic characters and stuff for the mercs, main thing is this whole line is accessory heavy because the game is all about hats and so you have reason to pick up figures beyond the RED versions of the mercs
>>11832841>Railyard including a shunting locomotive and a host of passenger and freight cars, with choices of Sunnyside in Queens, Oak Point in the Bronx and Linden yard in NJ.Not having the original Penn Station in there as the flagship playset feels like a crime, but less of a crime than what was done to that building. Also Hudson Yards Highline viaduct entrance ramp and additional viaduct add-on sets. Also Coney Island Maintenance Shop. Both of these would be great add-ons to the Railyard set.
>>11833302Just wait, trust the plan. I have a number of other ideas.>>11833272I am that far gone IRL by the way... With about $5k in aircraft models and $1k in car models alone. Train is $0 at the moment, but only because entry cost for the stuff I want is rather pricey.
>>11833282That'd be great. I'd almost like to see a 1:18 line for TF2 for diorama potential but 1:12 would be great too, and Jada would absolutely do a good job.
>>11832918>>11833282Gotta be 1/12 scale so we can finally get the ultimate match

>>11832818Actually really weird there isn't an offical Resident Evil toy line.
>>11832739>Half Life 2/AlyxMade by LPZZ, Inart or FusionFantasy.>>11833282>Team Fortress 2Jada is good because they have pretty fast releases and are commited to the IP like no other, so we would get a full roster for sure, but... their stuff is "toy grade" in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, Jada is really good for its price point, but I wish for something with higher quality. Matte finish, excelent paintjob and character likeness. Only chinese brands are capable of that it seems. My approach would be samey to yours. 2 RED and @ BLU per wave. Instead of weapon mixes, I would do weapon and cosmetic DLC packs. Also the cart, Miss Pauling, Saxton Hale, the Administrator and robots versions. Maybe Merasmus.
>>11835583That is pretty doable to make yourself. Hard surface modelling in Blender and a resin printer. Bet you can find free 3D models somewhere already. Would be cool as fuck to assable an entire base/battle diorama.JoyToy got a licence for StarCraft 2. Wonder how it's going to look like, they pump a shit ton of WH40k units.
>Metal Slug 1/2/X/31:24 scale, sprite style, vehicle focused. Rebel Army soldiers in deluxe packs with ton of assessories (different weapons and face expressions) and in army building packs, cheaper and with just few necessary add-ons. >>11832898>Jakks mega manYou know they made Fully Charged and classic 8-bit toys, right?
>>11837035Even just good Doom figures would be good
I just want a good 1/12 NMH1 Travis Touchdown figure. Obviously you can go crazy with variants of his outfit like in the game and include some extra faces and hands plus his different sword upgrades. If we were getting insane with infinite budget do the same for his 2 and 3 designs including deathball powers. Articulation must be good enough for him to charge the beam katana properly and do tons of wrestling moves on other figures. Can also make similar figures for Henry, Shinobu, Badman/girl, and other assassins. I also want a diorama of the Motel NMH parking lot and a Schpeltiger model kit that scales with Travis.

>>11837255What's your dream line, Anon?
>>11837255>complains nobody else has posted his idea>doesnt share the ideayou have only yourself to blame
Turok. Now Playmates made Turok toys, but they were kinda meh. Only a few characters from Turok 2 with wonky leg articulation. What I would had liked if they something like Kenner's Power of the Force type of figures.
These are probably hyper specific things that only I would care about, specially since figures for these properties exist in some form or another, some are even over represented, but still I often find myself thinking about them:>Ocarina of Time Complete line.It would start with 2 mayor characters (link, zelda, ganondorf any of the sages), a creature and a boss. For the Links you could get a bare bones version and then add a expansion pack if you wish, for example a base young link could be: the figure, deku shield, kokiri sword and the sling shot. The expansion set would include: the boomerang, deku sticks, hylian shield, bombs, lens of truth etc.Wave one could be:Young LinkGanondorf (child time)WolfosGhomaThe goal would be to eventually have most characters and or creatures in the game within reason (some bosses may be too big or abstract to make and some NPCs may be too irrelevant to justify)The line could eventually expand to other Zelda games with a similar goal, but if I'm being honest I wouldn't personally be that interested to this level.>TV Evangelion/End of Evangelion Tamshii SPEC spiritual successor. I always loved how the original Eva SPEC line aimed to give you the definitive version of every eva, they came packed with every single weapon the EVA ever held even if it was just promo art, and it even had cool (but maybe useless) features like giving you an "armorless" version of the EVA.This new line would aim for definitive versions as well, keeping the scale (which I think works perfect for Evangelions) but updating the articulation and look. While I think putting the Eva together is cool, I wouldn't be against ditching that feature in favor of articulation and looks.Eventually I would like to expand beyond the 3 main EVAs, and not only add 03 and 04, but the Eva series, and also Angels when possible (similar to OoT, some Angels are too big or too abstract).
>>11838242>Metroid Complete Samus Suits CollectionThis is probably the most boring one, specially since a lot of Samus' suits look very similar, and I have no real interest in adding bosses or enemies, but I would love a 3 figure wave that took random versions of power, varia and gravity suits, for example, wave one could be:Metroid Fusion power suitSamus Returns Varia SuitDread Gravity suitThere could be variations, depending on the game, maybe instead of gravity suit we add the Metroid suit from dread or the light suit from prime 2.I've personally been very happy with Figma's take on the franchise so figures of similar quality would be the goal, perhaps improve the articulation and feel if possible.
>>11832739F-Zero>4 waves, each with six figures per wave>each wave would feature one pilot from SNES game>figures are about 4 to 6 inches tall, depending on the character>each figure comes with a character card and a 1:78 scale miniature of their machine>miniature machines also come with an optional weighted chassis to let them race on 1:64 scale track>playsets would come in two types, track sets and vehicle sets>track sets are designed for the miniatures while vehicle sets are larger vehicles made for the figures>Wave 1Samurai GorohBio RexJody SummerJames McCloudMighty GazelleZoda>Wave 2Dr. StewartOctomanSuper ArrowKate AlenBlood FalconBeastman>Wave 3PicoLeonBabaMrs. ArrowBlack ShadowDraq>Wave 4Captain FalconRoger BusterAntonio GusterThe SkullBillyMichael ChainIf the does well by the time all waves are through, a fifth wave can be done.>Wave 5Mr. EADDr. ClashSilver NeelsenJohn TanakaJack LevinGomar and Shioh would be reserved for a two-pack.

>>118333581:18 would be neat, but I prefer 1:12 just to mix them with my other stuff>>11833576this, or have Soldier steal other 1:12 figures hats.>>11833745I'd like them too and I think a lot of more diehards would too, but they would be a hard sale for most people since people just want the mercs, maybe putting them in waves would help or with stuff for other characters, maybe Paul can have her scooter>>11836303>Jada is good because they have pretty fast releases and are commited to the IP like no other, so we would get a full roster for sure, but... their stuff is "toy grade" in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, Jada is really good for its price point, but I wish for something with higher quality. Matte finish, excelent paintjob and character likeness. Only chinese brands are capable of that it seems.Fair but I think TF2s cast would look fine by being a bit more toyetic, main reason I picked Jada is that I think they would do the cartoony models justice in the sculpt and their dedication to the roster and doing alt colors, 9 characters are a lot in the long so it would be nice to have someone that would do them all, they can even work in some of them to their bigger dx releases like in SF2, think Heavy, Engie with sentry and so on.>>11839161I'd like Deadlock figures too, also Dota 2 but both have pretty damn massive casts, Deadlock is also not officially out yet but I am liking it, but it is a moba through and through, still an Abrams figure with a wired softcoat would kick ass.as to why people talk more about TF2 and Overwatch, simply because they've been out for longer and they got iconic characters, and both have gotten figures before, quality withstanding.
