>>11839831>aw, there's no such thing as mysterious
>>11839831This shit is going to bin so hard
>>11839821>Their names are Mysterious Prime and Automutt. They can call it whatever they want - it's still Freddie, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby, just like "Party Wallop" was still Leo, Donnie, Mikey, and Raph, or how JP12 was Dennis Nedry (while JP93 was an actually new character).
>>11839836>JP93 was an actually new characterIf you're that much of an idiotic pedant there's no way you didn't notice he has Muldoon's hat and gun.
>>11839831>Heads aren't Headmasters, just a head using the connector.>Figure is voyager sized with deluxe sized headsOff to a great start.
>>11839831>transformers mystery machineWhy did they have to waste their budget on this shit? Scooby doo is cancer it always was unfunny badly animated slop just like the rest of hannah barbera's crap cartoons but for some reasons normies and no taste dipshits keep this awful franchise alive.
>>11839835Hope so, I wouldn't mind getting the mystery machine transformer at a lower cost
>>11839831is there a reason they couldnt have made the robot its own thing and include diaclone pilots, why is Hasbro allergic to making a vehicle with small pilots, at least make them head masters
>>11839835When are they gonna learn, you cant have the head sitting atop a huge... plateau that is higher than the arm joints.>>11839836to be fair, Party Wallop also had a generic fifth head to just be his own guy. Though it should have been either Metalhead (there's a 3P kit) or based on the unreleased transforming turtle van from playmates (maybe rights issues there, those guys are cunts)
>>11839842Except Mystery Inc, that was goodwhat the fuck is the deal with scooby snacks anyway? They're a brand of dog snacks, in-universe? is Scooby-Doo NAMED for them? Because why would they be named for him? Were they invented AFTER he became a famous mystery solver?
>>11839850small parts, childs will swallow/lose them.also that kind of demands clear windshields, and we saw what happened when they did that.
>>11839852Depends on the continuity.
>>11839856What was the initial concept in the original show? because Hanna-Barbera was pretty mindless, but not usually that mindless.Like they make a silly cartoon about groovy teens and their dog who is named after something funny beatniks say, so then why are there also "things a beatnik say snacks"?And it's funny how now 'scooby snack' is like a slang term for a cult favorite item, like butchers know to keep the tail end of the beef primal for themselves, as it is special and you can't buy it anywhere.
>>11839852>Except Mystery Inc, that was goodHavent seen it yet but i still need to. I still hate DJW for ruining ben 10 but his transformers show was peak. Also id say the only scooby doo movies i did like was zombie island because the monsters were actually real and treated as a real threat and it was essentially straight up a horror movie for kids, and ghoul school cuz the ghoul school girls were hot especially phantasma
>>11839831>That Daphne headThis is going to be reused as the tmnt news van isn't it
>>11839855Transformers are made for children?
This is what the wheels look like "folded in" by the way
>>11839831Mysterious Prime absolutely needs speedline stock footage sequences changing between gang member modes>like, Fred! Give me control! I can deal with this!>MYSTERY CHAAANGE!!!!>>11839862I'm almost certain they were a band in the initial concepts, as was the hip thing to do at the time>>11839864For me it's Winnie, top cute
>>11839874Americans are retarded yes its why they banned kinder eggs.
>>11839881I dunno bro, putting toys inside your food sounds a bit retarded to me
>>11839831jinkies this is bad. collaborative stuff having no consistent design philosophy drives me nuts.
>>11839881That's not why they banned kinder eggs.
>>11839864kek, to me he made the only good version of ben 10and yeah some of the scooby movies are amazingly high quality. It's weird.>>11839870Ehh they sure could have done a better job if she's meant to be either daphne or april>>11839876Head looks like a fucking Earthspark leftover. real missing-chromosome face.
>>11839885Americans sure hate the concept of mystery surprise toys but slurp down all the mountain dew full of sweeteners and corn syrup no wonder they're so dumb
>>11839892>kek, to me he made the only good version of ben 10look at this faggot not appreciating the orignal show with sexy loli gwen
>>11839893>>11839885
>>11839892It's the only good looking head of the bunch, what are you babbling about?
>>11839831Is this a remold of something? Almost looks like the old Fall of Cybertron Soundwave.
>>11839898I will grant you, original Gwen is a fucking cute loli, and by far the best looking version of Gwen. But she's also a asshole, and everyone on that show is, it's pure 'what executives think boys want' fuel.Alien Force is 'what men want' the show. Complete with Half-Life shit, Doctor Who shit, direct cape references so overt they feel like lawsuits in the making, it's got everything.>>11839902None of them look good, but I'd say that's the worst. Best is Velma, then Shaggy, then Fred, then Daphne.
>>11839831Should have made it so the huge car panels come off so you could make a hallway chase sequence.
>>11839908>en. But she's also a asshole, and everyone on that show is, it's pure 'what executives think boys want' fuel.>Alien Force is 'what men want' the show. Complete with Half-Life shit, Doctor Who shit, direct cape references so overt they feel like lawsuits in the makinno wonder you prefer the wholesome chungus direction of derrick wyatt, fuck that fat fuck and his boomerisms
>>11839908The other heads look too pinheaded because they're just a face with hair. At least Daphne's passes as a helmet.Nightmare Scoob looks like the sort of bootleg "make a generic shape turn into something" thing you might see on Amazon.
>>11839831This is so ass
>>11839898>first and only point for the original show is cartoon porn, and not the quality of the actual show
>>11839881every thread
>>11839831I wonder if that green flower piece is removable
Whatever happened to the Batman collab?
>>11839909kek>>11839921I mean it's the best show if you're a real life Ben, the kind of bratty little shit of a boy that execs think is their target audience.
>>11839837>he has Muldoon's hat and gunHe has Muldoon's gun, Grant's hat (different shape), and Malcom's sunglasses, with a face that's shaped like none of the above.
>>11839921/co/ is a board for pedophiles
>>11839937As opposed to... ?
>>11839831>>11839835It may be an extreme case of bargain bin since it's a Siege Ironhide extreme reshell, but it's because it's a reshell with modified Headmaster compatibility that I wish they can go back and redo certain molds to actually have that cross-compatibility. Remember the Minerva we got back in Legacy that's exclusive to Walgreens? They should go back to that mold and make it a full Headmaster this time. You decide on how they'll do Goshooter and Cab.
>>11839836And Agent Knight is just a fusion of Michael and K.I.T.T. Honestly, they should have gone for an all-original head mold just to show he evolved. He's still a cool toy and all that for a Collab figure.
>>11839831Not having 5mm pegs when theybhad a mystery machine colored Junkion is missed potential. Titans Master ports are really cool but they should have made dozens for every iconic MotW since those were all masks anyways. It would probabaly cost way too much though.Pretty cool might get but not as good as it could be. I wish I had TR Nautilus and Arcee for Daphne and Velma heads.
>>11840009>>11839831I might try to find the OG Towline to go with this. I wish instead of silver legs it was lime green. Kinda looks like a leotard more than robot limbs with those metal heads. And MM needs more green to be recognizable imo. But its kind of just a nitpick.
>>11839831I hope they don't stop doing Hannah Barbara. Id love to see Dick Dastardly and Fred Flinstone.
>>11839852>Except Mystery Inc, that was goodIts funny how DJW did one of the best versions of Scooby Doo and Transformers. I wish DJW was alive to make a Mystery Inc styled Animated Transformer crossover.
>>11840028dunno why delete, that is dead true>>11840029I could see dick dastardly's car being kinda like that one car megatron everyone likes
>>11840034>Now to see who you REALLY are!>*yanks head off of body*>GASP! A HEADMASTER?>Like, far out, man. I thought Velma was the only headma- OW! Watch the elbow!
>>11840042I didnt want to remember her gigantic face or come back to spiderman being crashed by a fridge memes and was hoping no one saw that lol
>>11840049there's a reason if I ever play that game (would require a new PC or me finally tolerating a new version of windows), I'm modding the shit out of it
>>11840034Scooby Doo sucks and that show is no different. Only good show it ever had was Thirteen Ghosts.
>>11840062thirteen ghosts is the second best show.and the watchable movies are zombie island, the hippie alien one, uhh that one with Madison, and to a lesser extent, ghoul school.
>>11839831the alt mode looks great but man these faces completely miss the mark at capturing the characters, the only one that works is fred
>>11840070well he is the only one with transformers experience. I think. wait, wasn't casey kasem a transformer too? come to think of it, I'm sure don messick was.
>>11840062Are you 12
Get it because he's Scourge...
>>11840081Y'know, that's actually a badass look for him. And given locusts move in swarms, he can still have his army of Sweeps, too.
>>11840080would a 12 year old praise the series with fucking vincent price in it?>>11840081got damn. he's still messy but now I want him.
>>11840064>no witch's ghostgaaayIt and Zombie Island are a cut above the rest, even the alien movie felt like a step down.
>>11840081Should have painted the face plate silver and the raised areas around it to look like a mustache.
>>11840107I knew I was forgetting one
>>11839834I don't want to take any chances. We should play in a band just to be safe
>>11839842I like Scooby Doo stop being a hater
>>11839834>>11840132Now you're certain this won't emancipate me from my ridiculous stripéd wings?
>>11839842This is infinitely better executed and more fitting than the Godzilla transformers, or those god awful Sonic ones. Weren't there really horrible Street Fighter ones too? Or am I mixing that up with some other slop crossover franchise?
>>11840146Stampers! My long lost uncle's abandoned pie factory sure is mysterious.
>>11840147I do seem to recall Streetformers who had ugly flesh tone paint jobs on themthey have fortunately stopped insisting on that. though what baffles me is Party Wallop has normal human hands. Some people suggested pretool, but would it really be that hard to just put turtle hands on the sprue with the other turtle parts? and also, they never did use that mold again
>>11840079Yep, all the males of Mystery Inc's VA were in the G1 cartoon in prominent roles.
>>11839842>just like the rest of hannah barbera's crap cartoonerm... swat kats wants a word with you
I like him
>>11840180how's the air up there in the cherrypicker
>>11839831>People unironically are ready and excited for a Siege Ironhide/Ratchet remake in 2026
>>11840206>excitedWho? Also that toys way worse than Siege Ironhide
>>11840191All the same. While having the Decepticon Headmaster Juniors are fun despite being extreme retools of existing Titans Return molds, the fact we couldn't get them for the Autobot counterparts, even for their comic counterparts, is unfortunate. And seeing how a Cheapo Plastic Era mold dating all the way back to 2019 can be modified to be Titan Master compatible through a collaborative figure, I can't say it's impossible to make Goshooter/Siren/Nightbeat, Minerva, and Cab/Hosehead at this point, because all they need now is just swapping their basic neck joints for a Titan Master slot and making them drive from their clear windows.
>>11840180Yo, I'd put down money on a SWAT Kats collab in a heartbeat. Wouldn't even give a shit about the robot mode if the vehicle mode (which would obviously be the Turbokat) was halfway decent.
>>11840214To be fair, we DID already get Minerva all the way back in Legacy - just not as a Headmaster.
>>11839831This is extremely silly and I love it. When you own hundreds of these things, weird novelty items like this are really appreciated.
>>11840215turbokat is indeed an excellent jetI think they could do a decent impression of movie Starscream, though due to the Turbokat's width, it might end up even MORE broadshouldered. so it'd decidedly be T-bone more than Razor.Or maybe... instead of trying to sandwich the legs underneath, divide the plane's meat up like you were dicing it, so the arms and legs end up parallel in jet mode, using up less vertical space.
>>11840227I wish it was a robot that worked with the mystery gang instead of "literally robot fred and scoob"
>>11840226Able was I, ere I saw Minelba.
>>11840226And is the reason we want her remade, along with a recolor into Nightbeat. Sure, it may need either a new mold or a remold of Rescue Bots Chase for the Siren body (I mean, what other non-Datsun police cars do I use as a base), but it's a test on how they can make something not designed to be a Titan Master be Titan Master compatible outside of a Collaborative toy like this Siege Ironhide reshell of a Mystery Machine.
Most definitely a brand new mold
>>11839831I keep seeing Fred as Jay Leno, Daphne as a female Hot Rod, and Velma as Fly Wheels.
>>11839877Winnie is adorable i dont blame you>>11839892>kek, to me he made the only good version of ben 10Really? I had a massive hate boner for ben 10 omniverse when it came out for being so different but that was 14 years ago. Should i bite the bullet and give it a second chance?>and yeah some of the scooby movies are amazingly high quality. It's weird.Yeah i remember even the alien one was pretty high quality but i havent seen it in two decades. The hex girls from that witch themed movie are still hot lel>>11840180Swat kats was good fuck ted turner for canceling that show, i was referring more to their 70s output. Also johnny quest was cool too i feel alot of the action HB shows from the 60s were very pulpy and good
>>11839908OG gwen is not only the best designed gwen but also has the best personality. Alien force was my favorite ben 10 and thats why ive been so hostile against omniverse for years cuz i felt it made a joke out of the ben 10 IP while i liked the mostly serious tone of alien force but i was a very edgelord kid even then
>>11840238Why wouldn't it be? It's design referencing the characters doesn't mean it can't be that, just give it whatever headcanon you want.
>>11840144>haterI hate zoomies for popularizing that word for whenever somebody doesnt consoom product
>>11840277True. Some people just see retools everywhere when it's just some shared engineering, sometimes not even that.
>>11839831>"Male" Transformer that can change genders.Ew
>>11840308The headmasters are the pilots, the van itself isnt anything
>>11840251milena velba?!
>>11840360Sadly no. You can't keep abreast of such things.
What Titans Return head would fit the Mystery Machine the best besides the weird scooby gang?
>>11840367Nightbeat, obviously.
>>11840371Well, it is perpetually screaming in horror.
>>11840382There has been no Nightbeat update since 2016. They've left him screaming for 10 years.
What are the chances of a new (hopefully Commander class) Sixshot? I wasn’t satisfied with the look of the TR version. It doesn’t even need to be that much bigger just as big as the original G1 toy, but what I want is more best engineering since I felt that previous one was too hollow looking.. That’s what will get me to spend a $100 on a commander class.
>>11839831Alright, forget scooby doo, I would like to see this remolded into the "Libyans" from Back to the Future to be a foil to Giggawatt.
>>11840395Yep that's perfect
18,700 yen
>>11840423That’s about $115 so I’m guessing he’ll probably be $150 at the most state side, which isn’t great, but it’s not terrible >>11840424I swear this toy changes size depending on what angle you view it from, it’s not even consistent with the picture we just got with the Green Lio toy
>>11840423That doesn't seem too bad, but I also pre-ordered Nemesis Star Convoy, so maybe I just don't mind one more of Japan's fingers in my ass-wallet.
>>11840447>ass-walletIt's called the "prison wallet", anon. Ideal for smuggling contraband, though I have no idea why you'd hide your actual money there if you're just at home.
Scooby bot is up for order now.You getting one?
>>11840491Lol no. I'm not even going to try to resell it.
>>11840491I am seriously tempted to but the price and month isnt right so I'll wait for a sale later on
>>11840491Yup. Scooby has always been a guilty pleasure for me.And now Frankentron and Draculus can chase him.
>>11840427>I swear this toy changes size depending on what angle you view it fromThat's animation accurate then
>>11840499We still need our Wolf Man transformer
>>11840427Every buyers Galvatron will be a unique size. 10 l(un)ucky buyers will get a 1/1 Galvatron.
>>11840508And Gill Man. And Mummy.
>>11840297wait he did omniverse? i thought people were saying he did AF/UA. i googled it to make sure, that's what it said.i suppose Omniverse looks more like his -art- but I thought people were saying writing.>>11840299okay nevermind i got it wrong lol
>>11840516Phantom of the Opera transformer who changes into an organ
>>11840402we do need more decepticons who copy evil earth cultures like how some of the autobots... well their choices aren't perfect, but>>11840424not even close to the size they showed us at the toy fair. >>11840427yeah!hmm well even on clearance that's a bit spicy for me.
Finally carved out some shelf space for this guy.
Kranix went into my Pile of Loot at BBTS.I WAS going to get Skywarp but I needed to cut back for this month and really I don’t collect early G1 (1985-88 characters mostly).
>>11840533>really I don’t collect early G1 (1985-88 characters mostly).why just that time period?
>>11840539Also Beast Wars, mainly Predacons but yes. Because I’m just interested in a limited part of Transformers., it’s a way to sort of save money if I just focus on particular things that I really care about and not just what everyone else is collecting. It’s like yeah I think it can be cool but it also has to mean something personally and the timeline I gave you was what I particularly care about. Them doing Venin/Venom. After 40 years means much more than the 10th illeration of Soundwave.
>>11840541Also I don’t fucking care about the whole “13 Primes”. It’s a dumb origin thing IMO. Also hate the LA movies and the (modern) comics.
>>11840523You have something wrong with you.
>>11839831Here’s some gifs for ants.
>>11839855explain why children like blokees
>>11840567Higher quality sauce is on DaimChoc’s facebook
>>11840571>No, it’s because of the cinnamon toast Flavor!
>>11840573
>>11840576>no, its a hachi little chachi of a bing bana beeno if you know what I memeo in a hunka Chunkarino
>Look closely at the new pics of BWII Galvatron>They actually gave the dragon arms wrist swivels AND they're 5mm compatible.I knew he used his Dragon sword thing in dragon mode that one time, but I didn't expect they'd add that for the new toy. This thing is so awesome.
>>11840580Turns out Scooby-snack really were made out of Scooby all along.
>>11840029>Dick Dastardly that transforms into the Mean MachineFUCK YES.
Go to dat church, and ask Primus to fug you!
>>11840532ML Optimus and all of its repaints are awesome.>guyTechnically, that one's a girl, according to the Legends comic.
>>11840615>Female Nemesis PrimeFuck. Now I need to make a custom Femmesis Prime where she's like an evil robot Foxxy Love. 'cuz black repaint, ha ha...I'll get me coat.
>>11840549scuse me for googling something and getting wrong information. I realize that NEVER happens to you.>>11840571Blokees are kind of great actually..

>>11840618I can dig it
>>11840532The Chrome looks great against the black
>>11839842would you believe me if i said you just didn't get it
>>11840644How did you look at Alien Force and think "The character designer for Transformers Animated worked on this"?
>>11840277EmbarrassingYou know what it is
>>11840686NTA, but DJW did work on Alien Force as a character designer. He designed the Incurseans and Sevenseven, among others.
what happened to that guy charging 20 bucks a pop for digibashes of transformers figures onlinehow do people get away with that
>>11840696A fool and his money are soon parted.
saw this poster at one of those new pop mart type stores and it kinda looks familiar, but then I realized its fucking Leokaiser

My dream crossover.
>>11840859It's just basic economics.
>>11840860my dream crossover was death egg robot, got this shit instead
>>11840863Really, literally any Eggman mech or Badnik would've worked better for this than what we got.
>>11840866And there's sooooo much to choose from.
>>11840861it's just basic faggotry
>>11839842TRUUUUUUUUE
>>11840873Yeah, it is.
>>11840869Honestly, Sega probably mandated that A) the collab had to be good guys and B) Sonic himself needed to be represented in it. That's pretty much the only reason I can think of as to why they completely skipped over every single actual robot in the franchise.
>>11839881the toy inside is yummerz
>>11840863I wonder if a certain someone painted the Sonic to be yellow.
Okay, enough of that. People are getting their Onslaughts, are you sure his combiner frame can not hold Nexus Prime?

>>11840881eh? nu-sonic is what gave us that e-101 guy and uhh mikarl or whatver his name was. it's LOUSY with robotsclassic sonic tries to keep it to like one sonic doppelganger per game, max.
>>11840881>nuSonic hates robots, except jobber supreme Metal Sonic. Everything else is relegated to a generic "egg pawn." Gone are the cool badniks.I haven't played any Sonic game since SA2 on the Dreamcast, but from what I remember, there were still a TON of robots in it. Hell, even G.U.N. used robots (and a few giant mecha).
>>11840308What if it were a spy like Punch/ Counterpunch, Doubledealer, or Armada Sideways? Though I personally would like a dedicated transformation between two robot modes.
>>11840885>>11840887I mean nu-nu sonic, like post Heroes era, Adventure was a transitional period that still had plenty of robots with animals in them and shit. Though the E-101 line was kind of a precursor to egg pawns I guess.
>>11840895oh that. yeah you're right, they have gone kinda low on the bots. I think they felt orbus and cubus sort of covered it.I will stick with genesis and mania, thank you. Colors didn't suck, but it wasn't really Sonic to me. like at all.
>>11840895>post Heroes eraNever played Heroes or anything after that (though I did give All Stars a try over my Niece's house, as she's a Sonic fan. Trip a cute, especially as a dragon), so I wouldn't know. I suppose I'm spoiled in that the "classic" era of Sonic is the only one I really know and remember, so whatever went wrong with the modern crap is of no real concern to me.Either way, nuSonic or no, there's still a long history of robots in the franchise, and all of them would've been far better choices for the collab than trying to shoehorn Sonic and Tails into it the way they did.
>>11840880It can't. People have tried it every which way, it doesn't. We've heard it from Hasbro themselves that Nexus works with Silverbolt and nothing more.
>>11840925All the more reason they have to make a new frame. Or just make Shattered Glass Heatwave in 2028 so that nobody will bother buying the standalone Voyager except for the Enigma of Combination (which has the gimmick of an Energon Star if the fact that it has a 5mm peg on its back is any indication), and I specifically mean its eventual Studio Series recolor which could have a clear version of the Enigma. Even I'm triggered by the fact that we won't get an all-original frame for Nexus Prime even to next year.

>>11840993I fucking love the pink they used. That's kind of tempting.

I got frames for all the Power of the Primes Enigma blocks and painted them to match. The wiki says they're technically all Enigmas of Combination but since we have an official one now I wanted to turn these into something else. Maybe turn them into some other relics that haven't been seen yet? One idea I had was to make one of them the Spark of Combination, which is what they called the power up in Energon to allow the Autobots to Superlink to each other. Any other ideas?
>>11841072... christ, it does.
>>11841068Should've just used their POTP Prime Master incarnations - they already have their respective symbols on them and everything. Also, why does Kranix have one?
Is there a contract clause that they can't collab with anything DC since they also own Marvel? Scooby Doo is such an odd ip to do with Transformers first from a WB property.
>>11841104Speed runners as in video games.
>>11841097The Mystery Machine isn't exactly a rare vehicle though.
>>11841107oh, keksorry, I have to take a lot of cabs these days and they're always playing NPRit's like, Nasiib, they are not gonna be cool with you once they take over. or at least things are not gonna be how you like them.
>>11840615Yeah, I think they'll probably be only ML I pick up (I don't have the G1 toy nostalgia enough to really justify going all in), but I definitely get what people like about them. >>11841268>Once it hits clearanceUnlikely. People have been looking for a new Sunstorm for forever. Scalpers are gonna buy up every last one of these, break up the set, and sell 'em off individually.
>>11841280The Siege rainmaker pack hit clearance and that was les expensive, people aren't going to come out in droves to pay $150 for Sunstorm.
Finally got my first haslab and I'm not sure I will ever get more after thisIt looks nice but it just doesnt look and feel premium enough for the priceLike Deathcobra is just a complete afterthought, he cant even lay flat on his alt modeFeels weird saying that my favourite toy on this shelf is Magmatron.
>>11841282Nothing weird about that, Magmatron is the coolest thing ever.
>>11841268I was hoping for the same, but at least it means I don't have to buy 3 more copies of the same mold to get it. guess I'll just hold out hope for SG Thundercracker

Whats the lore on the Rainmakers anyways? Were they just random background guys. I would look it up but Im about to nod off. I just wanted the set because Classics Acidstorm got me back into Transformers back when he came out and I think Sunstorm looks cool
The TLK prime/ nemesis is surprisingly good, he just needs more paintHonestly he's better than any of the AOTP primes>>11841288My man

>>11841282Magmatron is rrally great though, I just got him and regret not doi g so sooner. By the way you can mount Cobra as a cannon so he isn't just sitting around, I believe. >>11840301Hater has been used in internet slang forever you retarded newfag
The nucleon quest convoy is back on pulse for $160 btw if you missed it the first time.
>>11841308They have cool lore in the 2019 comic. They were Megatron's original elite seeker trio at the start of the war before Starscream, Thundercracker and Skywarp came into the fold. Nova Storm (the yellow one) was also retconned as a girl (not that it contradicts the G1 cartoon mind you) and she was allegedly indestructible, able to fly through stars and things like that. They also killed Sentinel Prime, leading to Orion Pax taking the Matrix off of him and then you can guess the rest.Presumably they would have been destroyed after all at some point and replaced by the OG trio in the distant future (our present or at least the usual G1 starting point), but the comic ended way early before we would have ever gotten to that point.
>>11841314Oh god - is this supposed to be that "dragons fucking cars" meme that Japan seems to love? Poor Optimus.
>>11841261>>11841263I think it was a missed opportunity to not put sunstorm in a pack with the rest of the welcoming committee, but as far as monochrome rainmakers go these are actually pretty pleasant looking
>>11841303Yes, it's a WalMart exclusive - which means your odds are already pretty shitty at finding it.
>>11841092I already HAVE the POTP Prime Masters in this setup. This is strictly for the Power of the Prime combiner blocks, to to stay on topic. And Kranix has one because he was nearby, the figures I used to hold them are completely irrelevant.
>>11841429Only if you're too retarded to preorder it like everyone else.
>Galvatron listed on Hasbro Pulse at $130That’s actually not as bad of an upcharge as I was expecting
>>11841432NTA but it's a surprisingly common attitude I've seen from a lot of TF fans for some reason. They'll absolutely refuse to pre-order anything, but then turn around and complain about hard to find exclusives. I truly do not get it.
>>11841435I have no pity for retards who refuse to adapt and continue to complain about not being able to find specific figures on their weekly casual Target milk runs.
Galvatron is up for preorder for those interested in it
>>11841432Not really. I've preordered lots of things from WalMart over the years, and had them cancel about half of them with no warning. It's a coin toss no matter what you do.
>>11841447Any Walmart "exclusive" is usually also available directly from Pulse. Happened with Outback, Seaspray, Star Eagle, etc.But again people seemingly refuse to order direct from Hasbro because um reasons I guess.
>>11841440I put in a BBTS preorder. 129 really isn't too bad considering current prices. And I guess this means it's finally time to watch both Beast Wars animes. Hopefully I won't hate these characters and regret purchasing figures of them based solely on how cool they look.
>>11841440Blaster and his cassettes too
>>11841450I’ve watched both and I can say I like Galvatron as a character, though, fair warning, he does jack shit in the first half of the anime
While not personally interested BWII Galvatron, I will say that I’m at least glad that it’s not too expensive because I thought it was gonna be like $150. This this size and price point would be absolutely perfect if they got a G1 Sixshot. I wouldn’t mind spending $130 on that.
>>11841261>Make me buy four of this mold just to get Sunstorm
>>11841293
>>11841447This.Walmart always fucks up my orders. I ordered Outback from then twice and both times they cancelled at the last minute. They only way I got him at all is because Pulse got him back in stock.
I'm so excited for them minicons. It motivated me to finally get Rampage. I like him a lot more in hand than I thought I would. Also got them parts to make the vehicle more accurate. Also also got a little backpack-wings+shoulder wheels part set to slap on him in bot mode to complete the look.He honestly looks so much better with the wings.
Why?
>>11841492There was no way they were getting stores to carry two 2-foot tall figures back in the 80's, or get parents to buy them
>>11841494That's fair, but even so, why have Hasbro kept to the tradition? Why are the modern Trypticon and Scorponok still undersized compared to their partners? And poor Overlorrd was even demoted to a regular leader class figure.
>>11841369 The IDW 2019 run was underrated, it did start slowly and with odd art but once it kicked into gear we were getting cool fights, distinct characters, and new and unique lore.
>>11841497They were still pushing Titans height as a selling point back when they sold Generations Metroplex and Fort Max (who was just a retool of Metroplex). By the time they got around to Scroponok, they didn't care about that anymore. They're budgeted for part counts and amount plastic used. Trypticon and Scorponok couldn't be the same height as the other two because they're both bulkier. Generations Fort Max sacrificed a lot of features and is generally a lackluster figure because he had to be the "tallest Transformer" (until Haslab Unicron)
>Bought Galvatron and a seconf Nucleon Quest Super ConvoyI didn't even need another NC Convoy, but it was so tempting at that price, I was weak.
>>11841519>Almost $100 offLord give me strength, I don't need it
>>11841369None of that is particular interesting or unique.
>>11841452Galvatron and Megastorm are kinda only okay but I like them a lot together
>>11841544I feel like that’s kind of the intention given the other main BWII Predacons are also defined by their pairs (Dirge and Thrust, Starscream and BB). I know it’s because BWII only got accurate subs somewhat recently, but I wish Galvatron and Megastorm got the same treatment over here that Lio Convoy and Magmatron got in terms of popularity, they’re a lot of fun when bouncing off each other
>>11840584When he used his Scissor-Hand weapon in dragon mode (ep41), it was still on his back
>>11841450I watched 2 and is a very kid oriented show, barely feels like a transformers show, also because of that dont expect action at all, probably on the same level or less than Rid 2015. Is kinda boring but fun at times.
>>11841549There's a moment where he used the smaller ones in dragon mode, but I'd have to look for the pic.
>>11841261>Only way to get the one figure you want is to buy a multipack, again
>>11841261I want Sunstorm, but I'm not buying the rainmakers again. Saves me some money, I guess.
>>11841540>they were 3 nobodies who show up for one scene to pour water on Chip ChaseYou're right anon, their original cartoon appearance on the other hand is the stuff of legend.
I just don't get why the Japanese Predacon Leaders lack a big gun. Galvatron has gatling knees sure, but that's not cool like a big arm cannon or a T-Rex head blaster. Magmatron just has his sword.>>11841589Water that did nothing to Chip Chase!
>>11841549Why aren't his fingers gold?
>>11841597They weren't gold on the original toy, either, which is probably what they used as their primary reference.
>>11841597>fingers?
>>11841549https://youtube.com/watch?v=bcfcmEZHv1g&si=lEfJdRY9DSlEPMRDHere, you can see him using the smaller blades while in dragon mode around thr 5 minute mark.

>>11841630The Bettie, from Bob's? I got the teal, it matches my Warhammer Alpha Legion figures really well. It's very comfortable, and it's great for sleeping on in case you're too drunk to get upstairs.
>>11841557Don't you WANT FOUR of the same mold anon?
>>11841617GET BACK TO WORK, SCORPONOK!
>>11841597Because it’s based on the old toyIf it was based on the toon, he wouldn’t be that pink

>>11841660The old toy was lavendar, he was only pink in the anime.
>>11841597He doesn't have the midas touch
>>11841611Y'know, the little stubby projections attached to "hands", those nubs at the end of the pokey things you call "arms". In the cartoon, Galvatron's dragon claws were gold and matched his dragon feet, but on the original toy (and apparently this new one) they were unpainted.
>>11841550I love the cartoony animal/mecha designs but I only got a few episode in last time I watched it
>>11841429I dont like how its easier to buy exclusives from halfway around the world like Japan than it is to find a Walmart exclusive. Target exclusives are impossible. Walmart is slightly next to impossible. AlsonI bought stuff on ebay from australia recently and the shipping was less than shipping from my own country.
>>11841432Half the shit doesnt show up in Canada. Like the Sega line of G1 toys only hald half of wave. Im not sure what its like for Transformers right now. When do preorders usually go up there?

>>11841261>>11841263Didn't someone say Sunstorm is gonna be released solo too?
>>11841764Supposedly with a "Dreamwave deco".
>>11841775The hell's the difference?
>>11841777Orange intakes?
>>11841764There was word a Dreamwave inspired Sunstorm would be releasing in Studio Series in 2027. There was never any single listing. This Seeker pack is a Studio Series listing (though we don't know yet if this is actually SS86, or the start of a SS84, or what), so it's almost certain this is the only Sunstorm coming out next year.
Why does Takara hate faction emblems? Where is the Predacon Emperor of Destruction's Predacon insignia?
>>11841781Fuck.
>>11841775This IS the Dreamwave deco - his other deco is yellow. Like the other anon said, the rumor stated we'd be getting a Dreamwave deco Sunstorm in the Studio Series line, and the four-pack is a Studio Series listing that has Dreamwave Sunstorm in it, so it's safe to assume this is the one they were talking about.>>11841785Galvatron had a rubsign on his right hip, hidden under the panel for his tank treads. We've only seen the tank mode from the left side so far, so it's still possible they included his rubsign and we're just not seeing it.
>>11841781Fat chance of them doing a character that wasnt in the film in studio series
is this a weird shade of yellow?
Put in my orders for Galvatron and Blaster (and Ramhorn&Eject)

>>11842351>>11842332then again, For Max didn't come with his gun either
>>11841949>Sorry I don't praise mediocrityThen you're following the wrong franchise, because most Transformers lore and stories (encompassing EVERYTHING, from the very beginning to today) are bad to mid at best, with a few exceptions. Though it often gets frustratingly close to being good when there will be a sudden obvious mis-step somewhere.Transformers as a brand is carried because the inherent concept and characters (or basic idea of the characters) are just so damn cool. They deserve better fiction than they usually get honestly.
>>11842355Takaragods won there, but not with Scorponok.

>>11842428I really wish they had reissued his Legends toy instead of the original, kind of like how they released all the Japanese Headmasters through the Retro subline
>>11842401I bought these guys for the same reason
>>11842359>because most Transformers lore and storiesLore is mostly background fluff that that only zoomers and pseudo intellectuals care about. Sakamoto's Legends/End of G1 universe does a better job expanding and coming up with fun interesting ideas than nearly anything else made in the last 15 years and is the only reason I still follow this franchise anymore.Stuff like JG1, BW, Unicron Trilogy and Animated didn't have amazing lore or stories but they felt inspired and interesting in a way the shit we get now doesn't in the slightest. The UT interpretation of Optimus is still better than anything after (yes, this also includes Skybound). Nobody is asking for a Tolkein epic, what they are asking for is a bit more than just the bare minimum. Even the Bayverse is more interesting than the endless uninspired derivative slop we've been getting. You can claim to high heaven that "Acktually it was always bad so it's okay we just consume slop over and over" but what came before had an actual vision beyond just desperately aping a 40 year old cartoon
>>11842487>The UT interpretation of Optimus is still better than anything afterHe was practically 3 different characters, and no I'm not talking about his design, his personality.
>>11842494Is this a dubfag cope? Optimus/Convoy's personality is pretty easy to get a grasp of. He's a good natured leader who has to accept and come to terms with his hunger for combat. His antagonism towards Megatron isn't just from the fact they're on opposing sides and that Megatron is an asshole but the fact he brings out the worst in himself and he knows that until the end of ML where Megatron sacrifices himself turning everything on its head. While Galaxy Force is only really different superficially, in spirit, it concludes this arc by Galaxy Convoy paying respect to Galvatron after his defeat.I could go into more detail about why he's the best interpretation of the character and how the dub does a disservice to the series especially Armada
>>11842506>Is this a dubfag cope? The dub is the only version where UT Optimus/Convoy IS consistent!Micron Convoy is an interesting character, but Superlink completely ignores any character development that occurred in that show. (Grand) Convoy being in charge at the start in and of itself is discordant with Micron and no explanation is ever given for what happened. How convenient that you completely skip over Super Link for your vapid, brain dead post. As for Galaxy Force, it was literally conceived and written as an unrelated show and its Convoy is just a generic superhero good guy leader. You refer to an arc that only exists in the dub UT. You are a fool.
>>11842514>conceivedIt wasn't that far. The intent Takara had was a sequel, but the actual production people made their own show since they didn't work on the last ones.
>>11842514>The dub is the only version where UT Optimus/Convoy IS consistent! You actually have to be a retard to think this.>it was literally conceived and written as an unrelated showIt was originally concieved as a sequel and then they had to change a fuckton of it because a different studio was working on it.Also if we're going to get into Super Link that directly carries on his development from the end of Armada where he says he's no longer worthy of the matrix. Its why he engages in acts of potential martyrdom and self sacrifice to achieve his ends.>(Grand) Convoy being in charge at the start in and of itself is discordant with Micron and no explanation is ever given for what happened. He becomes more of a peacemaker/guardian instead of a war general. He says he's no longer worthy of the matrix and does some soul searching where eventually he regains the matrix between the end of ML and start of SL which explains the shift in character. It doesn't need to be explained because it is shown to you through how he acts.>As for Galaxy Force, it was literally conceived and written as an unrelated show It was conceived as a sequel but because they were working with a different studio shit was changed but it's very clearly a spiritual successor to the previous two.Dreadrock is very clearly JetfireExillion is very clearly Hot ShotFirst Aid is very clearly Ratchet/Red AlertGrand Black Hole was clearly supposed to be result of Unicron crashing into the star at the end of EnergonMaster Megatron having clear allusions to Unicron in his designUT isn't even well written. It just has a better version of Optimus than everything that came after besides maybe Animated. Not my fault you got filtered
>>11842039Truke
>>11842514>(Grand) Convoy being in charge at the start in and of itself is discordant with Micron and no explanation is ever given for what happened. Are we ignoring that Optimus also says he doesn’t deserve the matrix in the end of the dub too?
>>11841261I collect legends 3P but I'm so fucking insanely jealous that you guys get this mold with these colors.
Story aside, I always disliked how Jetfire was sidelined in Energon & Cybertron after having such an important role in Armada as Optimus' pants.

Listing up at Pulse, $150 for the four of them. Puts them at around $37 each, which is sadly "a bargain" these days.
>>11842977It’s nice they aren’t charging you until next year. But I already have the Siege trio…dammit I wish we knew if this is the only Sunstorm we’re getting.
>>11842972Studio series has become what it swore to destroy, just put it out of it's misery
>>11842972You know you can just...not buy them, right? They keep doing this shit only because you guys are addicts who keep going for it. You don't NEED to buy a new Ironhide or Bluestreak or whoever every 3-5 years just because they keep putting them out.
>>11842988But you don’t understand, anon, the new Ironhide and Bluestreak will be a marginal improvement over the one I currently have!
>>11842990I'm actually overjoyed a new Bluestreak was announced...because it meant I finally picked up a nice Earthrise one for a good price after his aftermarket value plummeted overnight.
>>11842984Never saw a bayfag admit that they wanted to destroy G1.
>>11842969What do you YHINK?
>>11842993>aftermarket value plummeted overnight.I've never seen this happen. They announced a re-issue of Greenlight, but ebay prices are still insane.
>>11842988>You know you can just...not buy them, right? You missed the point.Which is that SS will now be flooded with SS84 slop, taking the slots of possible game/comic/etc stuff. This basically confirms high moon stuff is 100% dead for example.
>>11843008Nothing of value lost there.
>>11842008>he is hereDamn, where'd you preorder from?
>>11841218That's mostly just an early 90s Toyota Crown. And there actually already is a Toyota Crown Transformer, albeit a Choro-Q-ized version of a later model. And it's pretty fuckin' adorable.
>>11842972NOOOO BUT MY SCRUMBLO BUMBLO FROM BAYVERSE WILL NEVER GET A TOY NOW!!
>>11843020I've always been a big fan of that Shockwave, especially when paired with his designated Megatron. If you absolutely HAD to give Megs and Shockwave Earth car altmodes, an overdesigned Lambo hypercar and a no-nonsense Toyota sedan are great choices, respectively.I really miss the Choro-Q line. All of the alt modes that purposefully deviated from G1 were really fun. Nissan GTR Optimus and AE86 Jazz were a blast, too.
>>11843042NTA, and I don't really give a fuck about Bayverse, but I'd rather have a Scrumblo Bumblo than the umpteenth Geewunn Bumblebee. Sometimes a Scrumblo Bumblo ends up being a pleasant surprise.
>>11843045>overdesigned Lambo hypercarI loved the Veneno specifically for that reason. Since it was for the company's 50th anniversary, it really felt like they were just throwing everything at the wall to make a the posterchild of super-edgy hypercars. Like, the same way we all had posters and trapperkeepers with Countachs back in the 90s, kids today would have a Veneno. If kids today still liked cars, that is.>Veneno literally means "poison"Yeah, they were having fun with this one.>>11843047>Sometimes a Scrumblo Bumblo ends up being a pleasant surprise.This. But a geewunn bee will always just be toonershit in a different wrapper.
>>11843070Every time you say tooner it makes me like those designs more

>>11843008>Which is that SS will now be flooded with SS84 slop, taking the slots of possible game/comic/etc stuffWho fucking cares? Gain taste bro, G1 *is* Transformers. Get over it. And the Studio Series leaks for next year are loaded with comic stuff. Marvel, IDW, Dreamwave, Skybound...it's all in there.>>11843007All I know is I got my Bluestreak in essentially mint condition for like $30. Greenlight will come down more once she's out, just like ER Prowl likely will after this month as welll.

>Four seeker repaints>Made to orderAre you kidding me?
>>11843265Like...a month.
>>11843254>G1 *is* TransformersAh, so that's why the entire brand almost tanked until Beast Wars and Bayformers saved it.
>>11843271Man I can't tell if the transformers fans around here are all psychopaths lining up day 1 or if my Walmarts are just that bad. My old city was so well stocked

>>11843296Yes, but why are you telling me?It was this faggot's >>11843274 premise, not mine. I'm the one arguing against him, my illiterate friend.
>>11843296I happen to be in there at the time and was actively collecting so I can give a little feedback.RiD did OK, much better than Beast Machines.I know Armada was a hit, but at the time I really didn’t like the limited articulation so I actually bought very few figures outside of some mini cons and the large Unicron. Energon was my favorite of the three. I still have my Terrorcons..
>>11843301>Energon was my favorite of the three.Wow, thats rare.
Any idea when Beast Wars II Galvatron and Seekers multipack goes live on HasbroPulse EU?
>>11843306No as the toylines go.
>>11843323I guess you had to be there. The whole "they turn into pants or a shirt" thing made for some unpleasant designs for the Autobots.
>>11843327No one cares about Energon Autobots.
>>11843331I mean, I want new Zordtimus Prime.
>>11843335You mean Fatimus?
>>11843331I'd like an update to Rodimus Prime without the powerlinx shit.
>>11843343Yes, Dad Bodimus Prime
>>11843306It was because of the variety in Energon. If you didn’t like one gimmick, there were others in that particular line that you can enjoy.. like I said my favorite were the Terrorcons and the extra energy weapons they came with. Also, for the time I liked the five piece combiners as well.
>>11843045>>11843020If takara still has those molds hasbro could make a killing blindboxing and selling them over here
>>11843254>Gain taste broYou gain taste most of SS86 is mediocre
>>11843327Generally when someone says they like Energon as a toyline it's assumed they mean "except for the Combat/Mega class Autobots." The Decepticons, Terrorcons and Omnicons were pretty good across the board.I personally quite enjoy the Autobots though, even if they are massively compromised as toys. I think there are a lot of really good designs in Energon that would make for some good modern toys with the gimmicks stripped out of them. Like >>11843344 said, I'd love a new Energon Rodimus. That's probably my favourite design for the character. A jet-powered racing truck just works for the character.>>11843354This is a great point as well, and one that doesn't get brought up enough. Energon had a lot more variety than most toylines generally have. Powerlinx, hyper modes, energon weapons and combiners all in one line is pretty good.
>>11843376I think a good comparison between lines would be Energon and Power of the Primes. Energon had a bunch of gimmicks, but they were kept to single figures, so if one was bad (the Autobot combiners) that didn't affect the rest of the line. But all the figures in PotP were combiners with weird interactivity with the prime masters/the prior line's headmasters, and it didn't work so well. The mostly distinct leader class figures were probably that line's most popular after Abominus.
So this was false then?
>>11843387No. It was verbally confirmed there would be a DW Sunstorm released next year, there was never a leak concerning a listing for a voyager Sunstorm or anything like that.
Had to dig out my Super Link Rodimus. Yeah, definitely my favourite design for him.
>>11843387No, it's more a case of Hasbro's plans changing between the time he got that info and now (and a few details being misunderstood, like Scooby's specific alt mode), rather than being outright false.
>>11843407A new Rodimus with the proportions tweaked like they were in the anime is something I've wanted for a long time.
>>11843404>>11843408Whatever the case, Hasbro are utter bastards for sticking Sunstorm in that 4-pack. They got me good this time.
>>11842972Crazy thing is that none of these seekers are actually accurate to their cartoon colors to begin with.
>>11843409I'd love to see a year with like 1-2 energon autobots a wave but I can see them being voyagers when we eventually get them because of ratchets and higher parts count for the gimmick
>>11843414Colors? They're not accurate to their vehicle modes either.
>>11843409That looks incredible, I could accept the removal of combining if it made him great everywhere else
>>11842988I think people as stupid as you should be put into concentration camps.
>>11843418Anon, if the rainmakers came to Earth what do you think their alt mode would have been? Go on, take a wild guess.>>11843448Delicious seethe, cry moar for me.

>>11843484Oops.
>>11843376The Deluxe/Combat class is understandable but I don't know what issue people have with the Megas. They only made 3 and they're passable at worst.

>>11843483Not to mention...Sunstorm and Acid Storm have been F-15s before. In both Classics and Masterpiece.AND the Rainmakers just had tetrajet toys in Siege like 7-8 years ago. Why not just...buy THEM if condemning them to forever be in their alt mode from 3 seconds of the cartoon is so important to you?
>>11843020Isnt there an Arcee of these with a weirdly sexy face? Or was that a custom?
>>11842935>made to orderDamn. Should I buy this even if I dont care about them?Like, if I woke up one day and suddenly did care I'd be fucked right?

>>11842802Looks like Optimus is about to an hero with Jetfire's blaster.
>>11843483>Why does it have to be based on the cartoon?Because Hasbro said so in the big promotional post today.>"Our next stop on The Apology Tour...We're introducing not only our first-ever Made to Order release, but also bringing the G1 cartoon into Transformers Studio Series for the very first time. >>11843407>>11843409Unlike almost everyone here, I'm of the mind that Hasbro should tweak their proportions to match the anime AND retain the combining gimmick even if cost them a waist joint. The shirt and pants combining gimmick is hard baked into the characters, even in the design were the Energon Autobots mostly have small arms and overly huge legs that gives them both a heroic figure and so that the legs can do double duty as legs or arms and not look off-proportional to the combined mode body.
Damn it looks good.

>>11844166They probably meant Generations. It hasn't been Legacy for two years.
>>11844054Would you have preferred Mark's idea of a Voyager Arisen?

>>11844190It's a good mold.
>>11844190>Or am I giving in to fomo? No. I ended up grabbing Skywarp too because he's my favorite character...but that doesn't mean I'm replacing my ER version.Of course if you grab him beware it is a slippery slope before you start wanting the other two.
>>11844195How is it compared to Siege?
>>11844095Yeah, that's exactly who I've been using as my 13th Prime/Autonomous Maximus. Technically the Galaxy Force version is closer to The Last Autobot's colors, since he's supposed to have some yellow, but it's close enough.
>>11843991I'm surprised they haven't reissued all of them. They did overload a year ago. I have them all combined but I would get them all again to keep as individual bots just because how crazy some look
>>11844199A lot of it's going to come down to individual opinion, but personally, I vastly prefer the SS86 seeker mold over Siege. Both versions have solid articulation, but SS86's sculpting on the face (despite the more exaggerated expressions) and chest are much more dynamic, while Siege's faces can be kinda wonky, and almost the entire chest seems to exist on one thin plane. SS86 also has better proportions, especially compared to Siege's overly long legs. It's true that SS86's alt mode undercarriage isn't the best, but I find that comparable to Siege having the robot chest just sitting on the back of the tetrajet. And when you add that to Siege's transformation being partially a shell-former, I'd give the win to SS86. The biggest complaint I've seen with SS86 is all the smooth paneling, but Siege goes completely to the extreme in the opposite direction with way too much greebling, so it depends on which aesthetic you're more okay with. I happen to like how sleek all the smooth surfaces make SS86 look for characters who I feel should largely appear aerodynamic, but that's just my view. My one personal disappointment with SS86 is that I wish his wings could fold back at an angle in robot mode like the Earthrise seekers, giving his arms more rearward clearance for posing, but on the plus-side, at least the wings are able to secure into place in a much more stable way than with the Siege seekers. Plus, the way SS86 stores the jet nosecone in robot mode is probably the best we've ever seen for non-Masterpiece Earth-mode seekers!I'm sure other people will have more praise for Siege and complaints about SS86, so ultimately, it's gonna come down to which you happen to like more, but SS86 is a solid seeker mold, and personally recommend it highly over Siege.
>>11844167here's an ideado remakes of the beast wars guys who got to appear in the animethen do them in their familiar western colors too
>>11844230I want remakes of the toy only guys. Especially the Transmetal 2s.
>>11844237yes, but this would get the foot in the door for those.
I wonder how far they're planning on milking the new seeker mold.I mean, they did some pretty obscure shit with the Siege and ER molds. We're not seriously getting another Cloudcover or Devastation conehead, are we?
>>11844282Depends how long until they make yet another mold to replace this one.
>>11843791you must have stopped reading too soon at some point, because she very much does become disillusioned with them and abandons them to join another group.

>>11844302Earthrise was an upscaled classics deluxe and it felt like it. I only got the mold as part of the mob 4 pack and it was the worst figure in the set
>>11843974Well they have the movies too so…

I think Astrotrain could go down as one of the worst figures Hasbro have ever put out, price point considered.TBF this was never going to replace Transportation Captain for me anyway. >>11844018What broadside is that?
>>11843963I was really hoping they would use Studio Series as an excuse to make Beast Wars Neo characters. But thank god Takara is doing that now. Also the fuck is the point of this?
>>11843963>We've realized that when we make toys that look the way the majority of fans want them to that they actually sell
>>11844335I want that yellow fire convoy....
Man I hope whatever big Armada thing they do next comes with a few minicons again. Specifically, please do pic related and skyboom shield
>>11844463Well, I think we can count on the Skyboom Shield coming at some point, at the very least - they already did the Star Saber (and Dark Saber) and Requiem Blaster, so they'd be crazy not to finish with the Unicron weapons.
>>11844322I got one in handI'm not even kidding cancel while you canIt is by far the worst SS86 in the entire line. It's irredeemably bad and I genuinely feel so fucking scammedThis shit is so turbo ass in every single aspect imaginable
>>11843597Throttle bots, new Octane, Broadside, Elita's crew, Protectorbots, Technobots, Terrorcons, Reissues of pre-legacy toys.
>>11844463If they do this it'll be core-sized and voyager-priced
>>11844463I need themI need more miniconsMORE
Had my Magmatron sitting in combined for awhile and decided to switch him back to robot after the Galvatron reveal and seeing other anons post theirs. I was worried I'd get buyer's remote with him, since he's based on a character from a show I've never seen, but one year later and I have zero regrets. Such a fucking cool toy.
>>11843840I love the fact the fallen and liege maximo are in the pic
>>11844525They couldnt get away with that at voyager
>>11844018it's not greebly enough to match
They made the part of the trailer that forms the arms green when the G1 version doesnt even have green there. The absolute decision making on display.
>>11842588what's there to do there? just buy stuff?
>>11844613That's a stupid complaint
>>11844625The color scheme is negatively impacted in the combined mode (the mode that should have priority) and it isn’t even accurate to the vehicle mode. There's no defending it.
>>11844626If you had the original you'd know that Onslaught is completely different than the cartoon and so is BruticusSwindle being bright yellow is what screwed up the colours
>>11844613Even if it isn't in the exact same place it still balances the colors of the vehicle mode like the G1 toy, otherwise only the turret would be green.>>11844626>The color scheme is negatively impacted in the combined modeHaving blue frame arms would also be innacurate and add too much of that color, the arms would be less distinct from the rest.
>>11844628>Onslaught is completely different than the cartoonCartoon Onslaught is blue there too, actually. I dont need to own the original to see that hasbro made the aotp one green for no reason.
They should re-do Nitro Zeus as a voyager in the non-SS line, but with one major catch…
>>11844649…it’s actually a pretool of Transtech Silverbolt
>>11844490And Predacons.New Octane scares me after what they did to poor Astrotrain.
>>11844626>the mode that should have priorityIn your opinion, I like the individuals more>>11844620Well the dealer room is the big thing, but y'know there's panels where you might learn somethingAnd at this point I've been to this enough times that now it's an annual meeting with friends that charges me social battery more than drains it
>>11844433Studio Cell
Now to debate whether or not to go after green Lio while I wait for Galvatron.
>>11844450The issue is them trying to achieve accuracy within the modern day budget. I've seen a lot of good studio series figs (Starscream) as well as some really hollow ones (ROTF Megs)
>>11843963Come to think of it, what would SS G1 even entail now that the recent batch of SS86 has covered pretty much every major g1 character left? We're down to guys like Grapple and Huffer.
>>11844578Heck yeah, I love the freak mode
>>11844789the first movie had a better megatron design anyway
>>11844889TLK was the only good movie Megatron design, and the only other acceptable one is DotM.
Tfcon is over againFelt like I saw more canes and walkers and other mobility aid this year
>>11844578He really is cool. i hav e almost zero regrets. really just wish landsaur's head and torso were scaled up.
>>11844774if you find a cheap two-pack or something, I will buy one from youyou laugh, but that kinda shit happens weirdly often on asian markets
Blokees is making a fanimated show called "Transformers Galaxy" that will continue the plot of Transformers ONE.
>>11844963Cool(maybe?)!
>>11844963how is it fanimated if it's authorized?why would the blokees toy company make a show about the thing they make toys of which already has shows?
>>11844963>continue the plot of Transformers ONE.Who wanted this?
>>11844977One was great. I don't if it needs to be a continuing plot but anything is better than the kids slop like armada.
>>11844963I thought this said "The Code of the Panties" and I'm like woo, Kiss Players is back
>>11844977technically all G1 fans, right? Since ONE is a prequel. so they enjoy the story that comes after ONE.
>>11844963I'll expect nothing so I can be either pleasantly surprised or just forget about it since nothing will come from this.
Is Legacy TM2 Dragon Megs worth getting at $31? I really don’t like that robot face but the dragon looks pretty good.
>>11844997there's an upgrade kit for the face (and other issues)31 bucks is definitely good for him
>>11844991>"The Code of the Panties"I wish.
>>11844578Yeah, Magmatron is pretty much my favorite commander class figure in ages. So much play value! He's got way more arm-articulation than you'd think, too. I think he's one of the only figures I have that can cross his arms over his chest.
>>11844963Also Nickel will be in it and she has a weird vocoder voice that's got more processing than Soundwave's.
>>11845005okay I actually kind of love these designs
>>11844968>how is it fanimated if it's authorized?Blockees are making it of their own volition and Hasbro said they're okay with it. They have no actual involvement. >why would the blokees toy company make a show about the thing they make toys of which already has shows?Maybe they just like transformers
>>11845015you can't have the name nickel, that's too generic.. nobody'd know whomst the fuck you're talking about>>11845018that doesn't make sense but maybe it'll be good. I mean Blokees toys make no sense and they're good.
>>11845020She got a pack-in toy with their big Tarn model.
>>11844968I assume they plan to do it stop-motion using the actual blockees to thereby advertise said blockees
>>11845024wut
>>11845032stop motion is a type of animationblockees are a type of toy
>>11845035good job anon, you've whittled out every part of your post I understood. now explain how the fuck that would happen
>>11845039you want me to explain how people make stop-motion animation with toys?
>>11845040No anon, I understand that part too. Do you? Because you're suggesting that could happen in 2026
>>11845044I don't think there's anything written saying you can't make stop-motion animations in 2026
>>11844968basically it's as official as comic strips in the club magazine. Sanctioned by Hasbro, but not necessarily canon, worked on by a party not directly contracted by Hasbro but subcontracted by Blokees>why would the blokees toy company make a show about the thing they make toys of which already has shows?to show off the capabilities of their toys, a form of advertising.
>>11844992>ONE is a prequel to g1Since when
>>11845069i thought it was..
>>11845081it is
>>11845084well then, since now!
>>11845092yeah
>>11845015>Also Nickel will be in it
Monsterboy arrived today
I tried digibashing but this shit is cursed and I gave up
MP Megs looks good in Grimlock colors though.
>>11845149I'd buy this color scheme on kingdom rhinox if he was cheap>>11845151that's no jive
>>11845157Ill try it on Transmetal Rhinox later. The flesh colors on Rhinox styled after hi 90s cgi is just too weird for me. I remember a lot of customs from the Rise of the Beast figures too. I wish we'd get an official Octopunch and Stranglehold and any other fucked up decepticon pretenders Im forgetting about soon.
>>11845163huh I thought of it as bone. to me it looked like the special bone Zoids that they put out periodically and then sell exclusively at musea, so we americans have no chance to get them for less than raep prices.
>>11845137He has a monster sized thirst
>>11845137>>11845166oh they gave him Dinobot's head. that's kinda cute.
Ultra Magnus is so cool!I wish he was MY dad
I think I found a recolor for almost every rhinocerous transformer
>>11845170I think it's supposed to be based on how he looked in the IDW comics
>>11845174then IDW gave him dinobot's head. good for them.
>>11845173Is that supposed to be Stranglehold?
>>11845177Yeah his inner robot thing
>>11845178I wish they would give us a new toy of Stranglehold
>>11845137>>11845174Notably, his limbs are switched compared to his original design. As anyone who has Legacy Dinoking knows, you can't swap the limbs to match the original version. He does match his IDW design which also swapped the limbs for some reason
>>11845186Oh Mainframe gave Dinobot Monstructor's head. That's lovely.
>>11844578You're so lucky to have a non-bent sword, anon...
>>11845207Hey, they say a little bit of a curve is perfectly natural...
>>11845186>He does match his IDW design which also swapped the limbs for some reasonI think Dinoking in the anime also had the limbs swapped, that may be what inspired the IDW positions.
So Studio Series isn't just doing screen shown characters anymore?
>>11845207Weirdly, I remember having the same issue as everyone else with the sword out of the box, but leaving it wedged in the dino tail for like 10 months appears to have straightened it out.>>11845223Though as this anon pointed out, it ain't the shape, it's how you use it.
new>>11845232>>11845232>>11845232
>>11845235they just said they were, but they said it as if that was a new thing they're doing. I'm very confused.
Still not at image limit
>>11845287I wonder if that means he's no longer fucking around with the /trash/ thread.. maybe he can mutlitroll
aaand with that, NOW we are at image limit
>>11844613They SHOULD have made the Green in the arms match Blast Off and VortexUnironically just the Arms alone color matching dramatically improves the look
>>11844963>TF One slopAnother 300 Mil in the hole
