It helps with moving arms across the chest even without using butterfly joints. Do you have a modern AY on hand? Put it in a completely neutral pose, raise one of the arms so it's in a "fist bump" pose, then rotate the bicep swivel and you'll see the arm start to go across the chest. And then you can even further if you use the butterflies built into the torso.
I've even seen SHF use this kind of angled bicep swivel on Golden Age Guts and Joseph Joestar.

So the actually legit Harley I posted up in the thread I noticed the joints aren't ratchets like what I'm used to on my other revoltechs. Did they change it for that release?

Revoltechs stopped using ratcheted Revolver Joints as their primary joints for about a decade. Vulcanlogs were like the last line that used them to the end. RevoGeo started with Revolver Joints but they weren't able to articulate all parts of the animals so they made new set of joints called Geo Joints. Amazing Yamaguchi while started with Revolver Joints quickly started using non ratcheted joints from his previous line RevolMini and then the new Geo joints.

SHF and Mafex have been focused on X-Men so much over the years I doubt it while they're doing that. The fact Kaiyodo ignored Wolverine when the last Deadpool movie came should give people some idea.

I haven't kept up with the comics but I think he has lightsaber claws, if they wanted to add that. Besides that and an unmasked head, there's his cigar, maybe some booze, and honestly he's done so much shit in Japan you could justify giving him a katana.
He's also got his fair share of outfits if they wanted something for a 2.0.

Oh yeah the heated claws are totally something Kaiyodo would do. They clearly don't care how little a thing appears in a comic, people who cares about that aren't the target. He got encased in adamantium but got out of it by somehow learning to make is claws hot? something stupid lol. The claws are already separate pieces they just need to add another set in different paint.

Katana is easy, he already had holding hands, or maybe just the right hand.

I don't think he's that kind of popular in Japan to get bunch of alternates though, only something yellow and blue.
