Is the Mafex still the best 1:12 '87 Robocop or has it been dethroned? I feel like I need a Robocop for my collection (I fucking love the movie), I remember the Mafex was pretty widely praised when it came out but that was a while ago, and the best Robocop prior to that was the ancient Figma- I don't know if any better Robocops have been released since?
Hiya released one recently, I’ve not seen any real comparisons of the two side by side, it seems to be less articulated but has some gimmicks the Mafex doesn’t like the working holster and diecast.
Stop worrying about scale and just get the NECA, it’s the best by far.
>>11842285I had a NECA one before, wasn't impressed. Articulation was pretty poor and the fit and finish were rough. Also way too big.
>>11842271No, the NECA is a better figure throughout.
>>11842297Sounds like a personal problem
>>11842315What are you even talking about? Why are you immediately acting like a crazy person? No wonder you're so abusive.
>>11842271It’s impressive how close they got it to the poster. Hope we get more poster series figures, it’s a kickass concept.
>>11842337The figure only looks good in the box, so it doesn't even make for a good toy and could easily have been a statue. It's just a lazy repaint to milk every last cent they can from the tooling.
>>11842708Wrongo bitch tits.
>>11842337It was a bigass clunky robot that could hardly move. Not surprising that it almost sort comes close. It's not exactly a dynamic pose. You'd be better of buying a statue.
>>11842324Are you having a stroke?

>>11842276I mean it's Robocop. If any character has an excuse to be less articulated than needed, it's him.
