It's also next to impossible to kill one unless you completely forget about it for two days. And all the evos are extremely formulaic, it becomes a brainless grind to get them all. Hatch bb on field, feed food type to get family, get perfect, slightly less than perfect, get mid, get shit, repeat four times per field. At least some of them are cute and a few of the minigames are kind of fun the first 100 times you do them. If you care about the special characters you either need three different devices or know two other spergs with different devices from your own and each other's. It's less like a pet and more of a thing you look at for three minutes once or twice a day.

It has basic care mechanics, a handful of minigames, and a shop where you can buy items for your tama. Also special animations for different times of the year and holidays.The Pix is more on the modern side with touch buttons that allow you to pet your tama, a built in camera, a good selection of minigames, and a job system that determines a job for your adult tama based on how you raised them.(Some people dislike the Pix due to the touch buttons but personally I feel like they just need some getting used to)
