Overall, I just end up liking how the SHF looks more than the Figma, and I'll take the loss in articulation, especially when a lot of it can be gained back by using soft goods.The only thing that I unambiguously like more on the Figma is the ankle joint.I said it before the Figma released as well that it didn't really do anything for me to convince me to buy it.If it had come with some fun extra faces, a briefcase, etc. and had been the right scale, I'd have given it a try. But it comes with a mimic: a fun gimmicky item that is good for one, maybe two poses, instead of anything that feels more vital, so it doesn't even excel in that way.

Got my Bigllya yesterday. The thing that makes the proportions weird is the torso being a tad too short. In the promo pics the chest joint keeps the upper and lower parts of the body slightly further appart. In the actual figure there's less gap there, but it makes the torso look slightly squished. Also no drop down hips, so very limited articulation there.

>>11873097if you want an easy solution, the bare minimum is just to give her 3 bags on the back a matte coat and it'll look pretty good, just all black. the cases on the side are harder to negotiate and they'll look weird without any paint. maybe if you just paint the buckles, without painting the straps? i used dspiae soft tipped markers really carefully so i don't have to actually paint with a brush.
