Is this a valid opinion? They're stupid expensive and I don't want to ever open and play with it because I spent so much money on the item, I had to go through the trouble of tracking it down and in most cases I wait months or years for it to surface online. It's the same thing with limited run preorders that A: is only available on the manufactirers website or B: is a charity fund, yes thats a thing. In my case it's model locomotives and rollingstock that I refuse to open and run on my layout but the same applies for any kind of toy. Do you agree or disagree?

Only thing you're chasing with rare figures is hype and FOMO. Rare toys are just as good as common shelfwarmers, which means they're also just as bad. It's most about the tastes you have and less about how much you spent. Something like, I don't like BBTS Crocker, but i love Truforce X in 1st armor deco
