While the clothing being molded on is a possibility, it's also equally possible that she'll be nude with soft goods clothes once they actually start working on her. Remember that the last time we saw her was when she was just a cutout of her artwork, like the loli doe is right now - this is just a proof of concept showing her in 3D for the first time.
