You can get just halo 1 from it for like $5 and it has a fancy graphics mode that looks better than this new one while letting you switch to the original graphics at a button press. It is inferior to the original in every way except graphics, and even those aren't the best all of the time. They introduced a bunch of mechanics from later games like sprint, vehicle destruction, and weapons from later games that just don't work well with the level design from the original game. You can speed through parts via sprint without actually engaging in combat. There are sections where you are supposed to use vehicles that get destroyed before you can finish the section. And that's without even getting into all the woke bullshit they shoved in. Just get the Master Chief Collection next Steam sale. It hits $10 regularly. You can disable the gross remaster graphics on the first two games and just play through the original experiences. In fact, there were a bunch of graphical glitches and problems on the original Gearbox PC port of Halo 1 that didn't exist on the Xbox version but were carried over to the MCC version since that's the version of Halo 1 343i used for CE Anniversary, but those glitches have since been fixed and the game now has all the original graphics effects from the Xbox version. It's the definitive way to play the game.

I wish Jazwares would make a Micro Galaxy Squadron type toyline for Halo. Halo has so many cool vehicles they never get toys. It's always the warthog over and over and over and over again. Give me the scorpion for fucks sake.

They don't seem to have changed anything for the multipack other than cutting out the unmasked heads, some are still matte finishes on the visors vs reflective/metallic for some reason.
