Well we're basically winding down waiting for things to ship or hit stores, no major news or releases until there's a Mattel leak for their year of no competition. The Mondo 1/6 scale Shredder will be going up on the Mondo Shop 8-25 for $265.
>>11879770>Oh Splinter-kun, I didn't see you there...
Mondo TMNT sofubi April and Splinter (2-PACK) as seen at SDCC.
>>11879774Sofubi Leatherhead
>>11879775And his lil' buddy, Gumbo (and kids)
Heat Boys Mikey went up for preorder. There's a deluxe just like the Leo. His extra parts let him be...well...
>>11879781More...New Yorky, yeah!
Not-Bebop should be shipping out fairly soon, seeing more images of the figure here and there.
>>11879770eyyy dat little guy's givin me da CLAW!actually that shredder looks exactly like all the times I tried to draw 'my version of the shredder' all cool with every samurai accoutrement I know...
>>11879783
>>11879775you get jim cummings to sign that sucker, it'll double in value>>11879782what in the fuck are his tit panels doing
>>11879782
>>11879785
>>11879791
Is it true NECA lost the license?
>>11879798Apparently eveyone lost tmnt license or will loose it in the next year. Only Mattel and some chinks remains.
>>11879785if this sucker were the right scale, I could see putting him on my movie figs shelf
>>11879800Hmm, unfortunate. At least maybe the Street Sharks collab will finally happen.
I opened all of my Super7s that I've been sitting on since the line started. The QC was not quite as bad as I feared. Nobody fell apart.
>>11879863
>>11879863that was unwise, you could have gotten replacements if any of them had brokenI do think the QC is exaggerated, but I did have about 6 major issues that required returns and replacements, including one case of metalhead michelangelo's backpack having two left straps>>11879875shit, the van looks damn good there. . Sometimes I wish I'd saved my money and gotten it on sale (recently) instead of getting the china van (years back) then... just putting it on a shelf and not doing much with it in the time it took for the S7 van to go on sale for the same price.
>>11879875>>11879863Looks rad anon. I got suckered into the Joy Toy ones instead so have them sitting there ready to do the same.
>>11879863Less about them falling apart and more just about them being super loosey goosey.
>>11879786Yamaguchi ruined figure sculpting.
is there a Shredder that scales with these, has the cartoon aesthetic, and isn’t shit?
>>11880121The NECA Ultimate Toon Shredder
>>11880121Well, there’s the NE- oh wait you said isn’t shit. Hmmm. Not sure honestly.
>>11880121Are you me? I just posted that i orded these in the shf thread and am now looking for other figures to go with them that aren't 7inch neca, but i guess that's why people are selling them off since after 10 years there's still nothing. That said, think the neca will scale as bandai made these too big and are more 1/10 than 1/12.
>>11880123Fuck off you shithead troll
>>11879962It is destiny.
>>11880122>>11880126thanks fellas
>>11880150
Apologies if this has been discussed already, but whats with the sticker on the back of Slash Storm Shadow over one of his accessories? What got left/taken out?
>>11880359Your mom
>>11880580nice. they do make a cool crew, don't they? god... I hope someone picks up the slack someday or.. something..>>11880584your gleeful mixing of old figures in, along with the nice diorama, makes me assume you're the guy who made that cool elaborate sewer diorama
If Mattel does end up doing TMNT Origins, what are the chances of the distribution of most of the waves being shit to the point of Mattel switiching to shows?
>>11881539Distribution will be shit. That's a guarantee. They still can't get it right with MOTU having gone on as long as it has.
>>11881544I don't keep up with MOTU. What's the problem? Store exclusives? Stuff selling out too fast?
>>11881747It varies. Some stores pack pegs with waves no one wants, so they just rot and the good stuff never gets put out. Especially Walmart. They seriously fucked over the TMNT/He Man crossover.
My Amazon chopper arrived. Its pretty coo.
If you somehow didn't buy these the first go-around, the Playmates re-release Battle Shell turtles are showing up at Ollie's it would seem. At least at mine.
>>11881844>insert sarcastic jokes about why nobody wants hatchet-faced old people figures
>>11881854Damn kids need to respect famous actors.
>>11881844I would expect Ross and Ollies to be receiving a shitload of Turtles figures as the deadline approaches for current license holders to clear all remaining inventory from their warehouses.
>>11881877if Eltingville Club was still around, I'd expect a joke about some guy trying to pass off a Tarkin Black Series figure signed by Peter Cushing, and being informed the guy died 19 years before the toyline began, and he'd be like "nuh uh, I just saw him in the new movie"
