https://www.engadget.com/2240232/mattel-is-releasing-a-full-scale-building-brick-set-of-the-original-xboxWas thinking about this for OP picture, but figured Mattel had been in the thread right before this and was discussed in the few posts in the last thread.
>>11882651>Halo>Morrowind>fucking PsychonautsWhat an odd selection
>>11882897Mattel can't be chasing down licenses. I have no idea why they aren't trying to get girls to buy Brick Shop playhouses or the like, and they certainly haven't talked boys into buying those $50+ Hot Wheels Brick Shop vehicles, so they gotta do SOMETHING, ya know.
>>11882651>>11882897>>11883048Lego won by the way
>>11883052The swim suit competition?Or the Q&A portion where LEGO claimed they were "doing it for the children" while they kept bending over and shooting beaver shots at the judges?
Walmart sent me a free box of knock off brick-compatible for an "incentivized review."
>>11883243It's 1600 bricks, good variety of shapes and colors, really not badly priced at about $25, no clue if these sell in actual stores. It's about the size of the big boxes of cereal. Maybe 4" across (width)? And the box is full of those heavy cello bags.
>>11882897How so? Just three good games.Alright, two good games and a fucking reddit game soifaced over by people who've never actually played it. (And I'm not talking about Psychonauts.)
>>11883246yea you're right mega bloks is definitely gonna come back if they follow what lego does and sell stupid console boxes as a set with minifig characters of the games
>>11883248Oh, it's absolutely a stupid fucking set. Nobody is questioning that. "Thing But (Not) Lego" needs to end.
>>11883217>>11883052Go back to singapore.
>>11883217>one jobzoomzooms are truly sad"beaver shot" is right there, just begging to be usedinstead we get some sad, nonsense shitpost>"Ten points from Hufflepuff and detention every night till Halloween."
>>11883246>How so? Just three good games.Just that two of them don't represent OG Xbox at all. Conker and Fable would make a lot more sense than Psychonauts and Morrowind. It'd be like doing a Gamecube and picking Mario Sunshine, Rayman 3 and MLB The Show or whatever.
>>11882897Don't look at me, I'm neither interested in vidya or care that much about MEGA Blocks, LEGO or all this BS console warrior silliness all these girls are pulling each other's pig tails over.
>>11883243>>11883245Couple of those shades are familiar, pretty sure I bought a box of these from the liquidation centre some years back; used the nice long light blue pieces for one of my larger starship builds. The store tends to have a bunch of basic bricks sets at any given time; mostly I'm looking for their military stuff though. They have a seemingly endless supply of Peizhi's War Power line, been great fodder for a few military MOCs alongside their own designs.
>>11883789Those look really good I am going to try to freehand something by this weekend and post it. End of the month is always a bad time to try to get in something relaxing.
>>11882644>AudioBricks adapters mount professional audio components inside standard building bricks. Why?
>>11884455>why not?
>>11884455>>11884504
>>11884709>ONE JOB A true chad would be sitting on a Brick Compatible Chair, anon.
>>11882644>LEGO (yikes)>still capitalizing the wordmark(yikes)
>>11884736you mean the ™
>>11884763erhm, actually it's ®
>>11884736>>11884763>>11884765Originally it was Lego, then L*go
>>11884765neitherit's ℠ and ®
>>11882651that actually looks better than what Lego would do!
>>11885043It's kinda weird that Lego has such a hardon for dust collectors/Thing But Lego and every other brand still blows them the fuck out of the water.Well I guess not weird so much as just a testament to how hard they fail nowadays.
>We're not laughing WITH you, we're laughing AT you... Muh poor lil' Downsmander... At least Mega tried, but Lego turned you into a downy butt-plug brick head. No wonder even the other lego dragons are laughing at you. Glad this was a gag gift (that was purchased on deep clearance.)
It's Disneyvolving. Probably due to the toxic Lego shart chip.
It biodegraded into Downsmeleon Simpstraction trooper, Darth Kittyous approved.
>Gotta' Reeeeeee buy 'em all! Due to not wanting to, I will not. Thanks for Reee-ing my blog.
>>11885086>>11885087Are you enjoying the free L*go product they are sending you in payment for your oh-so creative influencer efforts on their behalf at this fourth rate monogolian basket-weaving paradise?
>>11885049I really wish Bluebrixx shipped to the US.
>>11885087I like Geo-Chud, I'd buy him a drink.
>>11885745
>>11885718M2
>>11885745chuds don't drinkit creates feelings of insufficiency
>>11885745>>11885906>billions must mega punchThis geodude will not be evolving into a golem
If the fun fades and you want to get rid of it down the line you can't sell it off because nobody cares about chinese knockoff lego and legos not chinese corpo competition e.g. megablocks, mattel, etc. I don't see the point.
>>11886701>if
>>11886717Shit happens, always gotta be prepared.
>>11886724
>>11886669I'd buy him a glass of filtered tap water or his protein supplement of choice then
Just got my first fake lego set from AliExpress in the mail. I got a UCS tie interceptor for 20 bucks total after shipping. The pink UCS sticker is hilarious4 steps into the build and I'm already missing a big piece (or the chinksect who packaged the set misarranged the pieces in the bag.
>>11887148The Chinese KO bricks I got early this year were also missing pieces, a few, but they are also packed badly and I have several Lego stores in malls and they actually gave me the small pieces I needed. It was literally just a few per mecha. But my crap was also cheaper than $20, about $2-4 per kit on "Choice" deal. I put one in my cart last week and the cheapest (similar type kits) was $6+
>>11887148Cry about it, the parts you're missing are probably like $15 total off bricklink and a lot of the Chinese companies will send them to you if you contact them and get specific, it just takes an extra 2 months. Even if you go the bricklink route you're still saving hundreds.
>>11886695No, Geo-Chud evolves with the Gymcell stone into a legendary.>>11886791Excellent choice.
