>>11894193It annoys me how pricey all the revivals and reissues from over the years continue to be. There's a kind of sheepishness to reintroduce these sorts of toys to a kid market. The closest we got in the last forty years were those jakks big figs, and they all died because of star wars. We recently got a revival of that line from some no name company who put out that 30 inch Optimus so that's worth some celebration. What I'd really love to see is a full force commitment to reviving the line with original designs, original lore, etc. For a time Toynami promised they were working on something like that but nothing came of it beyond a few prototypes.
