I need all kinds of buildings, scene pieces, NPC figures, lighting for it, just STUFF either by picture or link, en masse.
I'm brainstorming a track layout for an 8x4.25ft footprint with a picrel shaped track. Foam/papercraft is fine, I'll look at resin. Kinda whatever but lights are a priority too. Any actual /toy/ parts that are realistic can go in too.

Look at EVAN Designs for lighting stuff.

I'm slowly gathering shit to make my own buildings, right now I have a couple of cardboard boxes, plus a bunch of thinner, stiffer cardboard to cut for accents and shit. Plus plastic sprues from gunpla and wargaming minis. Once I get some spending money, I'll buy a hobby knife, masking tape and spackle and get to making them.

As in swiss swtyle with wood crossbeams? That kind of building? That's what it sounds like.
