Minus One/Zero, Singular Point, and the Monsterverse all have separate licenses from the "classic Toho" license. This has been known for ages.
SHMA has licenses for everything
Super7 has Classic and Minus/Zero
Hiya has Classic, MV, and SP

They also had Singular Point, but they dropped both after Bandai decided they cared about the American market again and started distributing Godziburst and the "Godzilla Action Figure" line. Bandai only seems to be paying for MV rights for SHMA and MMS so they don't seem to care about Playmates still doing MV figures despite the line basically being one of Playmates most profitable.
