If an airbnb is misrepresented do you actually get a refund? I know they say thats their policy but I wondered if they use weasel words so that they don't actually have to pay. I see people write reviews that complain about misrepresentation and I don't exactly know if they're just stating that, or if they're really mad because they didn't get their money back.

Going to the UK in August, I'll be spending a few days in Oxford. During the summer the University of Oxford rents out dorm rooms to travelers. You get to stay on campus, eat breakfast in the great hall, etc. It sounds cool, but it's a bit pricey and I'm worried it might just be a tourist trap.
