Sperged out and didn't make enough money in early 20s to travel, now have a bit more income and wanna see the world, but first a cheaper trip to Tasmania for 5 days in on my mind. I'll be going with my Sperged out brother, we're okay with interacting with strangers but prefer to keep to ourselves, we like walks and sitting at home watching TV.. Any advice on fun things to do down there?

it's a pretty awesome place if you're into nature and wildlife. rent a car and drive out around dusk or even late at night but go slow. you'll see all kinds of animals that you didn't know existed

huon pine forests, see some trees older than jesuscradle mountain hike is awesome, don't go underprepared though, it gets cold as fuckheaps of good food in hobartpigeon whole bakers, shippies in battery point for le real pub feel
