Anybody here have any experience traveling to the middle east from the US? Afghanistan in particular seems promising.

I'm considering becoming a passport bro but for bulk AK/general surplus kit instead of sideways pussy.

I'm essentially looking to cut out the multiple middlemen in relation to my supplies for my work by going directly to the guys on the ground.

Ideally this would be a one or two time thing once I can get established with a few local suppliers but as it stands, there doesn't appear to be a ton of other options to actually make contact with these suppliers internationally as it seems the majority of these guys are local gun market resellers working locally.

I'm interested in any information/stories from anybody who has actually made the trip before. What can I expect as a Westerner looking to do business in a modern Middle East?

Thanks gents.

It's not going to happen because you'd be shot and killed and have everything stolen. This is either room temp IQ or "how do you do fellow anons? Anyone know some crimes going on? Not a FUD btw? LOL!"

either way this is the dumbest post on trv of the year maybe.

You sound like a pussy who's accomplished nothing with your life beyond shitposting on le epic travel board because you're too afraid to try. Thanks for the embarrassing input though, I guess.

They're going to assume you're a spook and throw your ass in jail. Only ruskies and chinese get to do that kind of business there

As a former international arms dealer, African is better. More people speak English. Plus the flights are cheaper.

Great point. I never even considered Africa over E. Europe or the ME but that would be an excellent jumping off point.

Where did you spend most of your time over there?

Mostly gmod rp_dark_africa_v2-FINAL could do the same IRL if I wanted but ya know.

I can't imagine what a nightmare it must be trying to get through customs with imported firearms.
