hi, i'm looking for a bar in kyoto i went 3 years ago around this area, the things i remember of this place are that you can sing and dance, popuplar among tourists, is in a second floor, the owner or bartender's name is Hori and he is from indonesia or philipines, i want to go there again

There is ONE bar you need to go to as a tourist in Kyoto: BAR DROOG


Keep it on the down low though. It's not widely publicized and tourists don't frequent it. But if you go you'll have the time of your life singing endless karaoke with the locals.
