I just came back from Japan yesterday.Entry to Kansai Airport is always unpleasant. The immigration officer had a lot of irritation on his face and looked lazy to even talk. The QR code required for entry is more cumbersome than a paper entry card. The Japanese are good at making things complicated.High-rise buildings and arcade shops on the high street are still wonderful. It's like a symbol of Japan's prosperity period. But residential areas and transportation facilities have not really changed since decades ago.It also feels old and dirty now.The kitchens of local restaurants are also messy. The streets feel like well-organized Southeast Asia. The old Japan is no longer there.

>>2889871You can just hand over the paper arrival card and it's over. It's the same in customs. Simple. You take out your phone, scan it, take a picture of your face again... fingerprint..You have to do it twice until you go through customs..If you're visiting for the first time, you'll hang around without a guide.
