afternoon /trv/ I come to you guys with a bit of a wild goose chase. Do you all have any tools/sites that can help you find locations from years ago, like 30+? Iv spent the last few days digging through articles and walking around the street view of google maps and hit a dead end. Most likly the place im looking for is now a vacant lot or been replaced with somethin else, but I thought I would try you guys before giving up. Im looking for a restaurant? Gas station? Both? I was like five or six so details are patchy at best. It was like the only summer roadtrip we ever took an went to Vegas from the central vally of California and the second or third day we stopped at a place in the Mojave desert for lunch. The place was small but covered in flowers and humming bird feeders and we ate in this outside patio with an overhang made of vines and plants. Humming birds and lizards were all over the place and crawled/flew freely on our table. The wife an daughters favorite animal is the humming bird an now that shes old enough i thought it might be a good place to go.
