I was deported from Cambodia when corrupt police did a drug raid at a club and put drugs(meth pills) on me, then "found" them. I don't do any drugs and never have.

They held me for a week demanding increasingly exorbitant bribes/fines and refused to let me talk to my embassy. Eventually I gave one guy $500 and he let me call the embassy and I was moved to some sort of immigration detention place for another week where nobody talked me.

I am blacklisted from Cambodia. No big loss, but it was a horrible experience and I wish I could get revenge on the evil faggots who kidnapped me. Third world corruption seems like something distant until it actually affects you personally.

I was refused entry to Canada for being too broke. First country I tried to visit on my own, and they wouldn't even let me drive through a small portion of it to get to Viagra Falls.

I knew these chicks who were in a band and they were driving from the US into Canada to play some shows. They didn't want to pay the insane Canadian permit fees, so they lied and said that they were just visiting friends. They were in a van towing a trailer. One of the Canadian border guys sees some of the band merch, googles the band, and sees the tour dates in Canada. They decide to seize (steal) all of the instruments and kick them out of Canada. Luckily, one of the girls was able to talk to one of the border guys on the US side and sneak him the keys to the van. The US border guy jumped in the van, hit a U-turn and drove the gear back into the US. He saved all of their stuff from getting stolen by the Canadians. They ended up sneaking across at another point and never got caught.

I got beaten in detention for multiple weeks and banned for 5 years from Thailand for a 1 day visa overstay. They really don't want poor tourists now

The winch-out cost $300, and the experience taught me that nobody is quicker to screw over their fellow white when he is in need than an American "car guy".
