Vatican is basically a single monument and a museum in Rome. It's an excellent sight though.
San Marino is a climb up a mountain alongside souvenir stores and a shitload of electronic appliances shops down below. Maybe less so for the latter nowadays, haven't been in ages. It's a fine day trip but if it wasn't a sovereign state probably nobody would care much.
Monaco is a generic Azure Coast town except rich, expensive and with more highrise everywhere. Just a novelty unless you're loaded and can take advantage.
Liechtenstein is tiny and sleepy. Vaduz feels like a small Austrian town. Of interest is just one pedestrian street that goes from the unassuming parliament to the castle and the rest is suburbia.
Malta is very legit. Valetta is a proper city with interesting sites. There's resorts, megalithic ruins, pretty beaches and the world's worst bus network. It's small but it feels like a place with its own identity - people speak Maltese, they make a local soda that's everywhere, non-tourism business goes on wherever you look.
Andorra I haven't been but from what I've heard it's just a duty free shopping pit stop.

Monaco is strictly for the 0.1% don't even bother going there as an ordinary or even a moderately wealthy person.

Vatican is worth a day visit if you're in Rome.

Only the Vatican and Malta are legit, the former is the heart of Christendom and if you are a true believer you must make the pilgrimage there at least once in your life, even if you're an atheist seeing all the priceless art and architecture there puts you in contact with your Western heritage.
Malta is worth seeing for the Knights' headquarters although it has its unsavory side (its a tax haven that offers DN visas and there's extremely unethical fertility clinics there).
San Marino is a glorified race track, Liechtenstein is an incredibly expensive (and boring) tax haven, Andorra is a ski resort for the wealthy and Monaco is a hangout for cannibal parasites to go gamble and show off their megayachts.

Nothing special as far as a country but it's definitely worth visiting if in Rome. St Peters cathedral is absolutely astounding, lot of cool history has taken place there. It essentially just part of Rome though

Essentially a sleepy Swiss village with very little distinction that you are actually in a different country. You could easily miss it if you don't pay attention to the Swiss road signs. I'm am convinced sanctioned human sacrifice happens somewhere in that place though. A ridiculous amount of wealth is parked in that country. It's where the people who own Monaco keep their money

Haven't been to the others but Malta is on my bucket list and I don't really think could be considered on the same level of micro states like the others. None of the ones I visited are worth visiting on their own think but worth it to take days trips to

There's fertility clinics in Malta run by Israelis catering to wealthy couples having fertility problems.
They offer surrogacy and they get these girls from impoverished eastern European shitholes to be the surrogates. Not only is this unethical, the girls receive postpartum care lasting only a few days, after that they have to pay for continued hospital stays or get out.

It's basically just Las Vegas for the very rich. Yes, gamble, eat good food, charter yatchs ect and hang out with other rich people. It's a place to be seen.

Outside of that there is a royal castle and shit where you can watch antiquated changing of the guard and shit. It's basically a few square kilometers of tax evasion.

I lived in Malta for a year, it's a great place to visit but I could never make it my home. Very interesting blend of cultures. Some extremely old megaliths if you're into that thing. And tonnes of great swimming spots, like St. Peter's Pool, and a really cool spot for drinks and chilling on the beach in Blue Lagoon.

Downsides are there a lot of stinking indians there, the food isn't great, and after a while you're definitely going to miss trees, mountains, rivers, and lakes, because Malta doesn't really have those

Luxembourg is bigger but they have fully free all public transport, I spend an entire day travel around in trains and buses around it

Oh I forgot the main micronation, Vatican City.

VC can be divided as:

50% are the gardens. You can pay a tour to enter, not crowded at all, but meh
25% Is St Peter's square and the basilica. Thats the main touristic place, only tip is to definitely climb the stairs of the basilica. Thats not the super secret but not everyone does it and its completely worth it
20% is the Vatican building. Thats the museum. Its cool because its not organized like an actual museum and just put the stuff all over the palace, cool.

Now, the real valuable place to explore is the last 5%. Thats the place closed to the public and were the thousand people who actually live there have their micronation. They have a bank, a shop, a barrack and an actual church only for those people.

The only way to enter that area is to claim that you need to go to the pharmacy. The pharmacy is known among Romans because it has different regulations of italian pharmacies and some people can get special medications that arent available in regular pharmacies
