Are upscale restaurants in Singapore particular with dress codes at all? All I know is that in China, people dress like shit to upscale restaurants all the time. I'm not sure if Singapore is just like that, or if their standards are higher.Don't get me wrong, I'm not a tank top & shorts type of degenerate.
