How many of you travel alone?Do you make casual social contact with strangers on your trips, at airports, bars, streets?Share stories and tips
>>2901721I have some experience with this but I can't say much about highly isolated Muslim or Asian countries, which seem to be where most anons on this board travel. I have traveled alone through Europe and South America, staying in hostels and it's much easier to talk to people there. The same goes for beaches and group tours. Also, most of the people I became friends with weren't locals, they were other travelers, mostly from europe, but not all. That's been my experience.
People don't want to make friends in europe, specially in big cities, that's for sure. You want to travel to big european cities with a friend, gf or family member if you can't stand not having anyone to share experiences with.
>>2901721Best I could manage is meeting a couple lads in a hostel to go to a bar/club with. It's fun on its own, but you need to be a genuine prime Chad if you think you have any chance to meet women
