My last few trips have made me uncomfortably anxious the day or 2 before leaving. Last year I even rebooked partly because of anxiety but mostly because I got wasted and did not sleep and knew the flight would suck
I usually just quit being a pussy and remember I am going to have a good time .

I am wondering what remedies you guys have for this

just to let you know we are looking at you in the airport and wherever you go and thinking you look like a clueless anxious tourist

You could try not being a little bitch.

This kinda falls into the "just stop being a pussy about it" category, but whenever I get anxious about booking a trip, or nervous before a trip, I focus on this question "When I return, will I be glad I went on this trip?", my answer is almost always a reluctant but firm "yes". Even if the trip doesn't turn out as well as I'd have liked, I'd almost always rather have gone and done it than have stayed at home and done nothing.
Be in the mindset of someone who's already done the thing. You didn't regret it, so why so stress about it?

Sweet thanks this is a good mind easer

I usually hype myself up with this, yours is more simple and straight forward, this chainsmokers is all tripped out
>No sympathy for the devil; keep that in mind. Buy the ticket, take the ride... and if it occasionally gets a little heavier than what you had in mind, well... maybe chalk it up to forced consciousness expansion: Tune in, freak out, get beaten
