Small towns and shit are mostly dying, yeah... it's kinda depressing at least here down south. Clearly towns that used to mean something to people, left to rot. No sense of community, no industry, tons of land being bought by private equity, just slow quiet death. This isn't meant to be political but our leaders have done us wrong.

Picrel the shitty stroad I drove my mom down today on her trip to the mall for my brother's birthday outing. Nothing but traffic lanes and parking lots, no environment to speak of. Outdoors is just this hot humid place you step through for a few seconds from your car to whatever business you are patronizing.
