I briefly visited a winter carnival I wanna say in Montreal, I forget if there also was one in Quebec City, but both lovely places in winter if you can stand the cold - don't miss the ice amusement park outside QC - best place I've been anywhere. It's too bad I can't bring personal use quantities of cannabis through the US-Canada border and just declare them. They aren't getting my tourist dollars (and otherwise would).
