It sounds like a good plan. A bit late but the weather is still decent in some places. Where are you starting from, what's your budget?
I haven't planned anything yet, and my budget can be maybe 1500 euros maximum (although it will be depressing if I spend this much).My starting point, as far as I've thought about planning, would be Rennes in Brittany, with a trip to Mont Saint-Michel one day, maybe Saint Malo another day.
