The official one and the actual black market one. Never get the official one since it is like 20x less. You can exchange USD easily for a good rate at any major market area in big cities or even at the border crossings. Make sure to bring enough cash for your whole trip, because foreign credit cards won't work there. Once you got some Rial, everything is insanely cheap. You can get 5 start hotels for like 15 bucks a day and a meal for like 1 USD or less. Don't worry about the money. Not only is everything crazy cheap, but the locals are so incredibly kind and hospitable that you will definitely get invited to stuff a lot, even if you insist on paying. Iranians are some of the best people you'll ever meet. Operation Epstein's fury has changed a lot I'd imagine. Government is probably more on edge and wary of foreigners. Probably would spend less time Teheran and more in smaller cultural cities like Isfahan and shiraz. The Caspian Sea cost north of Teheran is also supposed to be quite beautiful. Obviously avoid the area close to the Strait of Hormuz and don't go near the Pakistani border to Sistan and Baluchestan Province.
