I want to go to Palestine but i understand that going through Isreali costoms at Ben Gurion airport can be a stressful challange because i'm since i've been simpathetic to Palastinans (i'm a white westerner) i'm going to have more dificulty getting into insreal or certin parts of the country since the isreali costoms athorites could give me a long interrogation and seach my laptop and phone or social media
i have taken photos on my phone of Palestine related events i have attended which could get me in trouble with the isreali authorities and deported back to my home country before i even get to set foot in isreal or Palestine
should i just leave my laptop and cellphone back in my home country and just bring a burner phone with no photos on it like a ceap Nokia flip phone with no photos on it and no laptop or will that draw more attention?
i do know its also dangerous to say the name palestine or west bank to these people since they call it judea and samaria
I have deeply cared about these people for a long time so i want to be able to actually visit palestine and actually witness all the things that go on in the west bank that the people live through so when i return i can actually say that i have been there and have first hand accounts of what happens there instead of jus t reading about it and watching the news and doctumeteries about Palestine

Last month I met an Irish guy who works in the West Bank. He implied it’s very easy to enter the WB if you go through Bethlehem, since the nazis can’t stop Americans from pilgrimaging there, and from then on you’re basically in Palestinian territory. He said it’s very safe.

I did the Bethlehem crossing, at age 8, on a Jewish tour, and honestly the Christian holy sites were beautiful and worth it, but seeing the difference in how our Jewish tour bus was shepherded easily through the check-point vs how much more scrutiny the Muslim cars (they have different color license plates) were given kinda opened my eyes, it was quite a scene.

Op sounds like a dickhead so I hope he gets in trouble, but I think as long as you are honest you shouldn't have a problem and if you do they will just not let you through or send you home Israel isn't known for like kidnapping tourists unlike some other countries...

The West Bank isn't war torn, you retard. It's more like a heavily surveilled police state
