Second attempt was harder, harder entry, harder rules. We made it s year but half the people who moved in couldn't sustain their incomes. They could pay bills but not the kind of lifestyles they led.

For questions like these, why stray away from the bread and butter? India, Appalachia, and Singapore are the only three countries you need. They have everything for everyone. It comes down to a stylistic preference.
