It's been 10 long years since we were blessed with the best eroanime ever.
Anyone have that one comic of Lady J kissing Rain while J fingers her? I saw it get posted here once but could never find it again.
>>4478159Could it be this one?
>>4478158>best eroanime everusurped
>>4478201No Lady Lady, no crown.
>>4478205Lady Lady were way too good for that show, they deserved their own spinoff
Man, i really miss valkyrie drive. Unironically one of the best “action” (in more ways than one) anime Ive watched. Other than the clear yuri porno, the story and theme is fire
Is a damn shame we don't have a second seasonAll those fujo artists that Mirei turned into dykes
hairy mirai pits
>>4478390Mamori shaving those treasures made me more irrationaly angry than anything else in animation history.
>>4478257>>4478379It's a shame execs were so retarded and sabotaged themselves by shoehorning shit like a male protag in the gacha or Mirei getting molested by male monsters to appeal to the common otaku rather than trust in the small but dedicated yuri audience to support them
>>4478201It would be, if most of the characters didn't look like kids
>>4478198No, they were both naked and had pubes.
>>4478422Closes would be this one, even though there's no fingering, and it's not a comic.
>>4478414Is that a problem?
>>4478426Yes, because kids have no tits.
>>4478456
>>4478475You call those tits?
I felt so fucking old when I looked through my folders and realised how much VD stuff I had was saved as GIFs. You can tell it's from a time when WEBMs were just beginning to take off.
>>4478159This one?
>>4478635Oooh. Is there more to this comic?
>>4478758Yeah, here
>>4478801Next is >>4478635
>>4478802Final page is too big so herehttps://files.catbox.moe/36hfyd.png
>>4479003
>>4479005
I like to imagine that after the end, Charlotte was forgiven - but still sensually punished by Hiiragi and Kasumi for her antics>>4479002I felt really bad during the scene where it happens, but Momoka domming the Governeur is so hot. That casual boob flick while Momoka is kind of just mocking her.
>>4478201Valkyrie Drive is still my favorite of the two, but both are great. And during a conversation with a friend recently we realized that Utena would have a ridiculous amount of fun in the Valkyrie Drive world
Easily a crack pairing I would be open to seeing more of.
Really a long shot, but it would be possible to get translations of the remaining short stories after all this time?Only the Lady Lady and Akira ones were ever translated, so we are missing the Kasumi/Kouzuki, Torino/Meifong, Charlotte/Harem, and MireMamo oneshttps://imgur.com/a/valkyrie-drive-stories-z2bYwc8
>>4479784We live in the age of A.I, so automatic translations of those would be passable and readable compared to machine translations from last decade. Also, that link is dead.
>>4479784Was looking through archived Valkyrie Drive threads earlier today, and this page has links to a bunch of stuff including some descriptions of the short stories at leasthttps://pastebin.com/rmebAV8U
Somehow just now realizing that Mirei's hair shape kinda gives the impression of dog ears - making Mirei and Mamori a dog/cat pair. Which is kind of really adorable to me
>>4479785Ah, my bad. I had forgotten that Imgur went full retard with NSFWhttps://catbox.moe/c/pz3dmv>>4479789Yeah, I made that pastebin years ago. I'm impressed is still around
https://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/valkyrie_drive_aftermathI had forgotten how good this comic was. I hope that drawanon is alright
>>4480137These two not fucking will forever be a major crime.
>>4480054I remember this, it was good. Wasn't there another good vd doujin somewhere else too
>>4480292There was a MireiMamoAkira made by Mira, but other than that most of the rest were low quality and hetWhich sucks since I'd have loved one made by Ayane
It's too bad that Valkyrie Drive released too early to be in the wave of poly yuri. MireMamoMomo went so underappreciated.
>>4480296Ayane did a three-page comic at least
>>4480300
>>4480301
>>4480302>>4478393
>>4480300>>4480301>>4480302I was expecting a full one, or one about LadyLady since they hit all her batting zones
And now it is officially a decade old. You were too good for this world, Valkyrie Drive.
>>4481663blame execs greenlightning stuff and having zero confidence about them
>>4481663Happy belated Valkyrie Drive Day!Desperately wish to phase into the timeline where it got like five seasons, six films, a dozen OVAs, and a giant animation budget.Other than Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete, anyone have recommendations for things that might have some of the same energy?
>>4479791>Yeah, I made that pastebin years ago. I'm impressed is still aroundNice - I only watched the series for the first time last year, but it's still cool to see stuff from back when it aired
>>4481800>Other than Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete, anyone have recommendations for things that might have some of the same energy?Sin Nanatsu no Taizai aried not long after VD and it has much of the same energy (and it was also quickly forgotten).
I think Valkyrie Drive's main gimmick of one girl literally transforming into a literal weapon works against the yuri.
>>4481818Does it?
>>4481835Yes because instead of two girls you have one girl and one sword
>>4481845A girl is not very useful for hacking and slashing.
>>4481851Then they could fight some other way that involves both girls using teamwork and bros. attacks from Mario & Luigi but sexy
>>4481845they should've have it like Soul Eater and show the person inside the weapon be naked, but get this, when it clashes against another ARM they get aroused
>>4481807Sin Nanatsu no Taizai was screwed by airing censored despite it was softcore. When the BDrips came out, everybody moved on to the current FOTS. I think it'd performed a lot better if it aired uncensored. I may be the only guy that was genuinely invested on the plot rather than the PLOT
>>4478158>Polydropped
>>4481905>> I may be the only guy that was genuinely invested on the plot rather than the PLOTNot really, it has better handling of the sins and characters than one might expect, especially in the yuri part, they could have ended up as generic stereotypes, but in the end the characters were charming. The problem was that it didn't have a real sequel and Bitoku was a generic piece of shit, which was exactly as bad as Nanatsu could be as an anime and made the virtues look terrible as characters, apparently a game was needed to give those same characters substance.
>>4481800not at the same level, but within the closest thing you would have things like Queen's Blade (ignore Unlimited, although they are quite desperate to get that part afloat yet), Bikini Warriors (although it is more of a parody, it leans towards yuri) and at a lesser level something like Kandagawa Jet Girls (ridiculously romantic with its 2 protagonists, even with a clear kiss at the end), I wouldn't know whether to consider Ange Vierge (a lot of bath scenes and naked people) but it works in the yuri part and even Strike Witches in general, despite the ecchi part having been reduced quite a bit over time, but at least it's increasingly yuri.In general, it shows the potential and how superior these series are, being yuri or for having yui, a reminder that Maho Ako at the time destroyed 2 Het series that had to raise the stakes to be at the same level and were terrible about it and clearly will not improve in their subsequent seasons, in fact, one of those is airing its second season and it still sucks.
>>4481663I still remember seeing the first trailer out of some anime expo that had all the multimedia projects and immediately thinking.....holy shit I hate Mamori''s hair
>>4481807>>4481910Thanks - a lot of these are very much on my to-watch list. Kandagawa Jet Girls is a Senran Kagura spinoff, right? For that matter - does the Senran Kagura anime have any yuri vibes? The games never got explicit as far as I know, but they at least had the sorta magical girl/schoolgirl anime feel where it's an all-female cast and stories are focused almost entirely on the emotional bonds between girls.Read about a series called Vividred Operation a bit ago, that I think is from the same creator as Strike Witches, and is somewhat yuri. At least the transformation sequences involve kissing I think>a reminder that Maho Ako at the time destroyed 2 Het series that had to raise the stakes to be at the same level and were terrible about itWhat's this about?
>>4481967>>Kandagawa Jet Girls is a Senran Kagura spinoff, right? No, it has the same creator but it's not a spin-off, it's its own thing, only the game includes characters from Senran Kagura as a bonus, but they are irrelevant to the story, the anime is what elevates yuri especially for the main couple.>>Senran Kagura anime have any yuri vibes? Technically yes, S1 establishes interesting things regarding yuri, the problem is that Shinovi Master is stupidly terrible (apparently it's not even a sequel to S1 of the Anime) horrible in general terms and has the sin of making ecchi not at all exciting and embarrassing more than anything.>>Vividred Operation>At least the transformation sequences involve kissing I thinkthat's a Meguka, so it's yuri friendly even establishing (at least the possibility) of 2 couples, with Akane and Rei being considerably romantic in the final stretch and the kiss part is in itself a fusion mechanic.
>>4481967>What's this about?reminder and proof that yuri is superior to everything else.although if we are considering series with some ecchi or at least a little erotic, I think you can also consider Symphogear (costume design), Saki (there is no underwear, although the manga really raises the stakes with implied sex and everything), Assault Lily (girl-on-girl kink and girl-on-girl thighs that kick the mainstream), Ochikobore Fruit Tart (pure and simple yuri kink) and just by character design the Azur Lane anime (just the first anime)There may be more examples, but this is what I remember for now.
>>4482006Agreed on yuri being superior, just wondering what that was about mahoako crushing some het series or something>Azur LaneI feel like I'm in the minority of people who liked the first anime. There were some heavy overtones between Enterprise and Belfast, I forget if there was much else. Not a male character in sight though - I wish other gacha adaptations took the same approach of just unexisting the male self-insert protag and making it entirely about the girls
>>4482012>in the minority of people who liked the first animedon't remember much hatred for it, i liked it too for what it was, too bad for the absurd character bloat, but that's gacha adaptations for you
>>4482012>> mahoako crushing some het series or somethingIn the season that MahoAko came out there were 2 ecchi/Het/harem series, but MahoAko gained more relevance than those 2, I can swear that both increased the intensity of some scenes after MahoAko already did that from the beginning and being a much superior anime in general.>>just unexisting the male self-insert protag and making it entirely about the girlsThe Blue Archive anime was terrible, so that's not an exaggeration, the same can even be said for GF, F/GO and even Priconne.>>4482016The ones who openly hated the anime were the waifugafs who didn't like that "their" girls were real characters and weren't dependent on a poorly made male character (seriously) or that the "vivid man" didn't appear at the end and save everyone just because he exists (seriously) and then the second anime came along that was more in line with what they wanted and it was simply horrible.I already remembered another anime on the list, Harukana Receive, beach volleyball, so having girls in swimsuits is mandatory, but it worked better than expected, in addition to the ridiculously gay nature of its protagonists and the other characters (ironically less perverted than Hanebado, which used its budget to have bouncing tits and nothing else, not even the script)
>>4481905The show aired uncensored. Did you fuck up and only find the censored release?. There was no need to wait for BDrips
>>4482012There were 2 other ecchi shows (both het harem) when MahoAko airedChained Slave/SoldierTales of Wedding RingsMahoAko was by far more successful than those 2
>>4482337Kinda uplifting that yuri ecchi won out - not what I'd expect given how most weeb spaces online tend to react to yuri stuffI watched some of Chained Soldier/Slave since at least it seemed to be femdom-themed, but dropped it when the fanbase kindly informed me that actually it's more domination loss/female humiliation focused. Cursed.
>>4482341>> but dropped it when the fanbase kindly informed me that actually it's more domination loss/female humiliation focused. Cursed. It's a Het harem series where the man who is supposed to be unimportant, becomes the center of the universe and most of the girls gravitate around him, I don't know what you expected.in itself it's sad and pathetic at the same time, a system is created where only girls can fight and instead of keeping it that way you have a "mascot" man that sucks up any interaction and importance the girls may have, lord of the rings (jat) isn't too different either, the girls themselves are the ones who fight (to be fair 2 of them seem to have no feelings for the MC) but the guy is still the center of everything.in contrast to the all-female (ecchi) series, these characters are decent at worst and not having a man around doesn't help the series improve, even something like the Blade & Soul anime has better characters and interactions than the 2 Het series mentioned (you could even say there's yuri) and B&S isn't a good anime by the way.
>>4478402Don't forget Mamori liking who she believed to be the only male on the island
>>4481905The game did a better job at showing how much Lucifer loved Maria
>>4483714That was just Mamori being deep in the closet
10 years of Mamori's panties.
