They've had lots of very close bonding moments and Agott undeniably has a crush on her though Coco is still pretty oblivious. I think there's a good chance despite the latter point because other characters like Richeh also have clear ships so I don't think the author simply intends not to have any romance at all.Tetia's accent in the English dub is supposed to be Danish according to the staff.
