The episode reinforce that the book isn't wrong, it just the characters' interpretation of it isn't always accurate.They haven't fully reveal what Top of Lily is and its relation to "The Great King of Terror", but I think the implication is that either there was a duo precure in the past (miracle duo) and Top of Lily is created to so they don't need another miracle duo or Precure used to come from the forgotten race with the "+" sign on their eye (thus when they become precure they have Sparkle eye), and Top of Lily is created so human can use the same power as the Forgotten Race.

>>4596616I'm 100% sure that they are baiting Anna/Mikuru, and that means Anna probably isn't blood related to Mikuru if they are baiting that relationship so strongly. I'm actually not sure if Mikuru is Anna's mom in episode one, adoptive or otherwise, but we'll see in 20 episodes I guess. That specific character has a different VA from Mikuru, but it's possible that was done simply to hide that twist from the Mikuru VA.

There's Maho, Kira, The Emiru/Ruru parts of Hugtto, Star Twinkle, Tropical Rouge, the Sora/Mashiro parts of Hirogaru Sky, Idol with Meroron/Purirun (and the other non-yaoi parts of that season really, if you assume the Kaito stuff is pure hetbait), and lastly Star Detective. Even Otona is more yuri than the original Yes 5 and GoGo since it has a higher percentage of Karen/Milk than those other two seasons had.Whether or not Star Detective is objectively the most yuri I won't say until the truth behind Anna/Mikuru is revealed, (maybe I would say it is for sure if Kurea and Luluka live together and adopt a child by the end), but it's definitely the season that's has most blatant yuri symbolism. Cure Eclair and Cure Arcana are a lily duo, the former who's tied with the scent of lilies with the toy and the latter who is visually a lily. It's absurd really.
