Ummmm, where is the black yoshi?
>>739337116So is this game any good? Reviews seem all over the place. A cozy platformer with an emphasis on exploring with few/no opportunities sounds sort of fun but if it sucks to play with boring tasks, then I don't want to waste time on it
>>739337116the nigger yoshi is a secret unlockable character in chapter 2

>>739337713What about the white Yoshi?
>>739337614I like it. Reminds me a lot of Pokemon Snap in the sense that you're playing around with creature behavior to make stuff happen, and even in the first few stages there are some pretty clever puzzles. The actual platforming definitely takes a back seat, but I think that helps the game stand out as its own thing instead of just another failed attempt at being Yoshi's Island 2.
>>739337614>all over the placeit's just IGN and nintendo life i thought, looking at metacritic atleastevery other review is positiveso far i'm having fun, first world was kinda meh but it opened up after that, each level has its own gimmick like mario wonder and also each level also has a second version with one more gimmick or creature thrown in (only after you clear the world i think)it's pretty fun to just discover shit, and some puzzles are hard to figure out, though in most levels there are no failstates so your failstate is just not figuring out the puzzle.kind of what the other anon said about pokemon snap, there are some pretty good gimmicks here though and i understand why they went with not having any damage after playing through the game, though it's not a game for everyone, you don't play this for the platforming even if there's a great deal of platforming in some areas.
