From what I've seen there are basically three player groups, the newbies (lvl 10-12, getting used to aiming and stuff), the intermediate (lvl 14-15, they can aim and reposition well to deny getting headshotted) and the sweatlords (lvl 16+, they're the ones you don't really want to play with)Thankfully the sweatlords usually keep to their own rooms and even as a newbie you can engage an intermediate player, so it's definitely doable. I guess the biggest issue newbies have is that they try to spray with the default weapon (AK) a weapon that is actually more designed for short burst fire due to heavy recoil, so they don't understand why they can't land the headshots.
