After playing some more after the first failed Shibako run.>Shibako felt kind of anemic, but that was first playthrough no talents>DPS was coming from doggo lasers>Takahime and Shimiao, melee destroys mobs, but end up dying to stage bosses due to trying to melee them too much>Alice, have mostly filled talent tree including 2 points to awaken instead of 3 now, absolute God fuck mobile flying nuke launcher, got the item that increases shift uses, completely obliterate stage bosses in secondsStill got killed by the final boss's missiles. Her main DPS putting her into a flying state kind of makes the final boss really awkward considering the stay out of the air to dodge the missiles advice I received. Fun game so far. Still have to unlock the entire decoder gacha worth of items though.

The actual biggest pain in my experience was getting the masks to spawn though, you just gotta keep rolling maps until you see several start spawning at a time and then just accept your fate of grinding it for hours, the amount that spawn will gradually increase as your level goes up too.

The skins don't look nearly as good as concept art in game so it fails on the coomer side, but also its simply not very fun to play. They did not do a good job with how most of the characters and the general game feels. All skills are straight forward and fire and forget. Once you get enough drones, you can just jump around looking for items while your drones do all the work. Focus on awakening sub attack drones (rush for the one that summons a drone for each marked enemy), drone upgrades (royal drones blocks incoming projectiles), main attack pierce, main attack increase marking (after getting the summon per marked drone) and shift abilities. Her movement is shit though. There's only the shift that lets you fly up a tiny bit. Get extra jump and extra shift usage and increase movespeed items. I like the X item that makes you go fast early on. Don't forget to spend your A points after missions for upgrade

I think RoR2 is better in everything related to art/music department considering Endless Alice looks a bit like a asset flip and Chris made amazing soundtrack. As for game settings, you can increase or decrease both spawn quantity and spawn rate of enemies upto 300% and also increase or lower enemy damage and health. There is also a command option you can turn on or off where you chose your items with 3-5 options to chose from but I prefer not to use that when I host. I like working with what the RNG provides.
