Hi I'm looking for some cheap coop recommendations to play with the squad. We've been stuck with PEAK and REPO for the past weeks and I'm looking for something fresh.It has to be around 20 bucks or less as we tend to jump between games quite often, lasting no more than two weeks most of times, not to abandon them for good but for a break. Doesnt have to be just 'friendslop' games, we enjoyed Abiotic Factor, and also coop mods for single player games are good too, like the ones for Ultrakill and Noita, we had fun with those.As long they are 4 or more players, cheap, and we dont have to use shit like Hamachi or portforwarding should be good suggestions.
You could play Split Fiction and It takes Two casually at first and then compete between 2 groups. Or any other 2 player co-op game

Pick a new positive/negative modifier for the rest of the run, repeat twice, do a boss. Damn near every thing the team gets (guns, traversal gear, perks) has to be drafted by the entire squad; random person gets their pick, then the next person gets their pick from what's left, and so on. Leads to a lot of arguments over who should get what and a lot of wasted time trying to get everyone to rally at the same point so that they can activate the perk selection.

>>739354173The co-op games I typically play are Vermintide 2, Darktide and Space Marine 2. There's also Left 4 Dead but we haven't played that in a long time. VT2 and DT both support 4 players, SM2 unfortunately is only 3 players.I don't know if these are up your alley, they're not "friendslop" at all and instead are focused on playing together to beat high difficulty modes.

>>739354173Honestly, if you want to try something new FactorioYes, it has the reputation of being an autist game, but I've had a friendgroup who mainly play friendslop do a regular run of it. It's kind of like minecraft in that regard. Likewise, unless you do a modded run/DLC, it's easygoing. Since it's DRM free, it's easy to host lobbies with everybody having a cracked client, and you can directly join by IP no hamachi needed etc. It's very versatile.

Your Only Move Is Hustle.It's not coop, but its fun to partake and watch in matches as its basically the fighting game equivalent of chess. Oddly relaxing.Barony.Coop dungeon crawler. It's hard as shit and the fun classes are all DLC, but its an enjoyable ride.

What matters is what it is, which determines how good you are at dealing with elite, bosses, pozzed, etc. So both of your weapons are good at killing all enemy types, ie. you do not want two anti-elite weapons. But the main thing that determines progression is how good you are at shooters. I can solo up to h22, while others can solo even h40 because they're really good at combining all movement tech, mechanics, etc. It requires a lot of adhd after h20
