>>739453269By giving my Kengo MC, Fediel and Sylvia +30% charge which benefits her because her passive throws an increasing amount of monkeys at the enemy for each charge attack which the rest of the team supports by doing 8 charge attacks before she even gets a turn. Add to this that Fediel, Sylvia and back support Lecia also have their own tag ins on each other's charge attacks and the number of hits piles up which maximize the benefit from her initial monkey toss that supplements damage on every hit. I'm not even talking about her charge up skill ramping up on each cast or her second passive being an emergency refresh that also strengthen her third skill to give the whole team a full charge bar because I'm not playing water in HL and no other fights last long enough to get to that point.
