SHITBALLS
>>739466217it was ok
>>739466217It's like a hyper normalfag Arma 3 but I like it too
And baby makes three.I won't even try pretend that Wildlands and Breakpoint aren't absolute 7/10 Ubisoft open-world slopathons, but I don't see much competition in the casual open-world tacticool shooter category. They're my guilty pleasure.
Nomad, this is Matchwood. This is Matchwood, go ahead.
>>739466217>Still no NG+ for this or Far Cry 4It's like they don't want me to replay two of the last good games they made.
>>739466217I tried to like it but holy shit is the lack of controls for the AI teammates shit>can't break them into solo movement>the enemy AI is literally always aiming at you>the ally AI is utter slop with aiming
>>739466217Ubisoft is the most tragic dev of all. They keep making games that are 75% of the way to greatness. Likely held back by suits and boardrooms.
>>739467426you can replay any of the missions at any time?that's how the challenges work
>>739466672I couldn't get into Breakpoint. It's just not the same without the boys
So I guess a remaster is coming and ubishit is already dispatching shills, huh
>>739466217this is literally the best open world game ever made. more than any other game it justifies its open world, the gameplay is centered on the open world and using it to have engaging encounters.
>>739472605I never say this but take your meds.
Breakpoint was a massive step up in gameplay (after they fixed it) and a major step down in world design.
>>739466217>Sure are a lot of lights and switches hereOr my personal favorite>Come mierda, culeros>>739472421Breakpoint actually had AI teammates patched in, but they (mostly) lack the personality of the team in Wildlands, which is a similar story for Nomad. Nomad is kind of a dorky nerd with his one-liners in Wildlands, but he becomes much more serious in Breakpoint, to its detriment. In fact it's somewhat ironic that Breakpoint is an upgrade over Wildlands in almost every way except for story and tone. Bolivia actually has towns with NPCs, a radio with GTA-adjacent ad breaks, and is fairly campy in general. Breakpoint is just serious and grim all the way through. But Breakpoint, in contrast, is much better for its "tacticool" vibes and dress-up, so I dunno.
>>739466217Why do they credit some dead book author in all of these games? Is this Tom Clancy responsible for any of whats in these games?
>>739472605It isn't but I wish, schizo. The game already has a surprisingly good FPS view mod. Just needs that but made official and some of the visual bugs fixed.
>>739472903Clancy wrote the Ghost Recon series and funded them. He's as responsible for them as anyone.
>>739472826Wildlands has the better map. Breakpoint is too samey with its PoIs all being futuristic factories.
>>739466217I enjoyed this. It absolutely fucking pissed me off though that I could snipe one dude in a compound 400 meters away while hiding prone in foliage and get instantly spotted by the AI.
>>739466217>Brutally interrogating and killing narco spics for many hours just to let the main bad guy walk away because of spooks.I hate NUbisoft
>>739466217I didn't.Maybe if it got a 60fps patch and better visuals on 9th gen consoles it wouldn't be such an insult.
I think Ubisoft shut down Red Storm.Thank "Stop killing games".
>Fuck you, I liked it
>>739466217>play as solo stealth sniper>game improves immensely
>>739466217Ubisoft interface made me hate this game. Which is funny because a mod fixed this and it is 1000x better. Also reminds me of how they critiqued Elden Ring when this shit show exists.
>>739470267They revisited the Divison by turning it into mobile game slop. Covid happened. If there was ever a time to think of an idea to remake a game that would be it. Hell they should have done a franchise reboot and had NPC / PvP battles for territories in NY.
>>739473553It's actually in line with how (((Glowies))) operate in South America and why they are one of the prime reasons why countries there have had such an utter decline in the last 7 decades.
>>739466217i remember really liking some of it. speaking of ghost recon, i really miss GRAW
>>739470267It's precisely that 25% of the "familiarity factor" which draws in regulars that holds the games back. Ubisoft's repeat customers, be it AC or otherwise, like the fact their games are instantly familiar even if that includes flaws.
>>739473457YeahBreakpoint has insanely better gameplay, gunplay, movement and just overall game feel. But the map is atrocious
>>739466217>Phantom Pain, but good
>>739480081I disagree with this statement and am glad GRW game came with a demo so I could avoid making the mistake of buying it.
>>739466217based fun haver
>>739466217It's like.. fun for 20 bucks? It's kinda mindless, you run around doing missions and whatnot, nothing too amazing but not terrible. so if you can get it for a 20 and you need something to waste your time, it's not a bad pick. Similar to Asscreed Valhalla or other ubisoft games. But you're braincucked if you pay the full 100 bucks for it.
