Secondly it doesn't really matter if they don't play the objective or try to win. You need to know what everyone does and the layout of the maps. You need to know the flank routes, the health packs, where the invisible walls are, etc. Also as a rule of thumb, recognize every death is your fault and try to minimize them. Less deaths = more uptime = more value = more wins. There are "good deaths" but you're probably a long way from knowing what those look like.
