Origins.
The detective scenes are by far the best in the series, and most numerous.
The enemy variety is the best.
The levels are all very memorable except the drug lab.
The world is huge and actually active for once.
All of them are unfortunately Joker stories, but this one is the best one.
Bane got to be cool for a game.

It's Asylum for the atmosphere and potential. Knight has the best gameplay, but the story is atrocious.
I do like all of them, despite not caring for any of the plots. Just nice to visit the world, and I want to go back.

Asylum.
Short and focused, the pacing is incredible and has some of the best atmosphere ever squeezed into a game. The levels changing as the story progresses removes all the tedium of backtracking.
The atmosphere of City is alright but the progression is so meandering it gets boring quickly, needing to cross the entire map every objective is irritating.

game 2 is better because its Strange, Al Guls, and joker, but neither one of them is the sole focus. 1 is better for feeling the most immersive like it could be a real crazy "day in the life" of batman

I'm replaying Arkham City for the first time since it came out and I'm liking it a lot. If I collect all the Riddler shit, do I get to be the fuck out of him?
