Obviously 2XKO was not what people wanted, but there's a middleground between that and something as toned down as Granblue. When I see people talk about what they want in a fighting game the only people who seem to want something grounded and toned down nowadays are fans of 3D fighting games, which is obviously in reaction to the direction Tekken 8 has taken. This Yujiro announcement is one of these things that make me painfully aware of bubbles.
