Might have something to do with it being post-post-apocalyptic or the genies having left, leaving it slightly leaning towards ruin. The zombies, like Rottytops, that are sentient have recently drunk coffee. They also still yearn for brains, rot and replace their body parts from corpses. She can't seem to help being a troublemaker.
