The plot isn’t any good. The vast majority of it is nothing but “go to place to kill thing”, with the characters whose fate should make the plot twist gripping having nothing to do at all. And the final choice is so underdeveloped and forced. i put like 8 hours into it and found it incredibly boring. corridor after corridor of copy pasted assets, nothing worth exploring, no towns. the battle system wasn't even fun yet it was marketed as jrpg combat.

I loved it but the pacing is all over the place, once you hit the big twist at the end of Act 2 the game is essentially over. Also it kind of makes everyone in the squad besides Maelle/Verso sort of pointless.
