There used to be a calisthenics general iirc. My general advice for pullups at least is to use weight assisted if you need it for volume, working up to regular, then weighted. Once you can do weighted ones I think the progression to one handed is based as much on balance as strength, so you start off doing negatives (i.e. start at the top, switch to one hand, and let yourself down) and trying to stabilize yourself as you slowly come down.
