Like they have proper leg IK, head/eye tracking, proper facial animation, can hold items, can do group interactions like hugging or taking photos, etc. Their "dumb" ncps are probably more advanced than a lot of the "smart" npcs in other games.Though the game doesn't let you amp up the chaos except in scripted sections so the system has to deal with less variables ultimately.
