They also completely overhauled the colony system.

I found Jimmy’s quest-line to be extremely disappointing & underwhelming because you can actively encourage him to use the chaos cogitator (at his own suggestion, even) and convince him that using chaos is fine if it’s to protect humans from xenos, yet he will still leave you on a Heretic run despite this being the path to him becoming a massive Heretic in his ending slide if you made the same choices on an Iconoclast or Dogmatic run. There is no way to corrupt Argenta either, which is disappointing and feels strange given how her superior is falling fast to Nurgle as well as the general despondency around her circumstances. I don’t like how they changed the Edge of the Irrevocable to be two-handed instead of one handed as it completely fucks with dual-wielding force sword builds, and it’s pretty disappointing that the only way to get access to the sword at all requires fighting Edge of Daybreak akin to a non-Heretic play-through despite Heretics being given the unique option of not having to fight.
