This happened to me in Catharage, some one-man space game project.>report bug>patch the next dayThere was some other stuff too so I'm sure it was only coincidence.
>report common game-ruiner bug's actual cause that people think is a mystery>never gets fixed, ever
>>739668037>gets mentioned on a dev stream
>>739668037>leave feedback>next patch has note saying "We will never implement (my feedback)"
>Give feedback>Dev never responds and has not updated the game sinceI think, being an autist, I was too harsh, mayhaps, in systematically listing every single technical or UI issue or glitch I ran into with the game, which were numerous

>>739671695Was your feedback something like>kill yourself?
>>739668037>leave feedback during a beta that x might be too powerful>1 year later it finally gets implemented, unchanged>players notice that its powerful>it gets nerfed
hello muddahello faddahere i am atcamp grenada
>help fix bugs>dev rewards youI miss when Valve still did this. I had an unusual for helping them with a exploit back in 2010.

LETS GET BIZZAY
I had a issue with one random indie game on steam, didn't expect much when I reported it but the dev actually responded to me and we troubleshooted the bug together while he tried patching it outThat was nice
>Leave feedback about the games issues>Dev literally just outright lies and says that its all because I'm in early game and everything works out better later>You can start the game with an infinitely scaling per turn damage option in a game with no timelimit, swiftly 1 shotting every enemy regardless of statsErannorth chronicles btwHis claim of more content is also "if you buy the like 50 dollars of DLC for this objectively poorly designed game"
>>739672167I'm not sure I ever got this joke...
>leave feedback on a big>dev immediately responds and updates the game saying it's fixed>it's not fixed>message the dev>the dev updates the game again and asks it's good now>it's still not fixed>message the dev...
