The Juiced patch seems to have really improved this game performance wise. Very annoying that you have start the entire game over if you used GOTR in order to get the DLCs working (you can't simply remove it mid game, saves will crash without it), but that's just how it is.

Seems like the DLC missions weren't perfectly ported. In Weekend at Tera's you're driving a garbage truck instead of an Alaskan so Playa's comments on the bodies make no sense as there are no bodies to be seen. Shame.
